In this creative and reflective six-part series, Miss Harrison supports primary-aged children as they explore their emotions through art, imagination, and self-expression. Each episode combines storytelling, gentle reflection, and practical creative activities to help children understand their feelings, express them safely, and develop emotional awareness both at school and at home.

Episode 1: Drawing Your Feelings

Theme: Exploring emotions through creativity

In this episode, children discover how drawing can help them express feelings that are sometimes difficult to put into words. Through a relatable story, they learn that all emotions can be explored and shared through creative expression.

Episode 2: Colours of Emotion

Theme: Recognising and naming feelings

Children explore how different emotions can be linked to colours. This episode helps them identify feelings such as happiness, sadness, anger, and calm, and understand that every emotion is valid and important.

Episode 3: Shapes and Feelings

Theme: Expressing emotions through shapes and patterns

Through creative exploration, children learn how shapes, lines, and patterns can represent how they feel inside. This helps deepen emotional awareness and offers new ways to communicate feelings.

Episode 4: Telling Your Story Through Art

Theme: Reflecting on experiences and emotions

This episode encourages children to use art to tell their own stories. By connecting feelings to experiences, they develop confidence in expressing themselves and understanding their emotions.

Episode 5: Calm Creations

Theme: Using creativity to regulate emotions

Children learn how creative activities can help them feel calm and settled when emotions feel overwhelming. Simple techniques show how art can support relaxation and emotional regulation.

Episode 6: My Feelings Toolkit
