Ricky Brar is a father, husband, functional health coach, clinical mentor, and practice success coach. His passion for gut health began with his own journey as a patient. After suffering from over a decade of chronic digestive issues, fatigue, and debilitating anxiety and working with over ten practitioners, he was able to fully resolve his health symptoms through Functional Medicine.
Since that point, Ricky became obsessed with finding the most efficient health strategies. He has worked with thousands of people, trained hundreds of practitioners and delivered many powerful talks across North America. He now lives out his purpose: help as many people live meaningful and fulfilling lives through overcoming their health challenges.
