After the death of her parents and an emotionally taxing divorce, Desiree discovered how difficult it can be for logical thinkers to process deep emotional experiences. 


She blends her ICF‑accredited coaching training, Grief Education, and  mindfulness practices to help clients understand their grief, reconnect with their emotions, and rebuild purpose in a way that honors how their minds truly work. 


Warm, direct, and genuine, Desiree is known for bringing both tenderness and a healthy dose of humor to life’s hardest conversations.

 Doree O’Neal is an author, a podcast co-host (Life Coaches Unfiltered), an inspirational speaker, a certified hypnotherapist, and a sought-after momentum coach.

She spent the last 25 years in the software industry before pursuing her passion as a coach.
