May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we want to share our personal experiences of both being supported and supporting others through mental health challenges. We want you to know that you are incredibly wonderful, powerful, and extremely capable, despite what your brain might tell you sometimes. We've all experienced challenging mental health in one way or another, but it never defines us.
