Cofield began in the position in late November and will partner with other NAH executives to achieve excellence in operational performance and the fulfillment of NAH strategy objectives. He oversees the operations of the NAH system, including two hospitals, primary care clinics, specialty care facilities, and air and ground emergency medical transport throughout the northern Arizona region. He comes to NAH with a career replete with clinical operations experience in hospitals and health systems and brings a background of leading organizations to improve employee engagement, patient experience, clinical quality and safety, patient access, and community relations. Cofield’s experience includes positions at rural or smaller systems, and larger academic medicine systems.

Arin is an Arizona native and long time Flagstaff resident and business owner. She moved to Northern Arizona in 1997 residing in both Flagstaff and Williams. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from NAU in 2005 with a degree in Biology and Psychology. Arin was an early childhood educator and preschool owner in Flagstaff from 2001-2020. After nearly twenty years of serving Flagstaff families and leading childhood adventures, Arin decided to make a career change and become a REALTOR®️️.

Jessica Garard is a Flagstaff native, an NAU graduate, and has always called Flagstaff home. Lawrence Yun is Chief Economist and oversees the Research group at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. He supervises and is responsible for a wide range of research activities for the association, including NAR's Existing Home Sales statistics, Affordability Index, and Home Buyers and Sellers Profile Report. He regularly provides commentary on real estate market trends.

Dr. Yun creates NAR's forecasts and participates in many economic forecasting panels, among them the Blue Chip Council and the Wall Street Journal Forecasting Survey. He also participates in the Industrial Economists Discussion Group at the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University. He appears regularly on financial news outlets, is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences throughout the United States, and has testified before Congress. Dr. Yun has also appeared as a guest on CSPAN's Washington Journal. 

Lisa Paffrath is a seasoned real estate broker with a wealth of experience in the industry. She has been working as a broker for over 10 years and has helped numerous clients buy and sell homes in the Greater Flagstaff, Arizona area and has recently moved and joined the team at Salt Water Real Estate in Hilo, Hawai’i.

Deputy Commissioner Neat oversees all operations at the Department.  Neat was most recently a managing broker with one of the fastest growing franchises in the real estate profession and has enjoyed her tenure in real estate for 20 years.

Prior to her appointment as Deputy Commissioner Neat was the Treasurer for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and served on committees and held numerous leadership roles for her local association WeSERV®, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

On February 17, 2023, Governor Katie Hobbs appointed Susan Nicolson as the Commissioner of Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE).

For nearly three decades, Commissioner Nicolson was licensed and worked as a real estate professional and up until the appointment was a Designated Broker and small business owner of a boutique brokerage in Phoenix, AZ.  She also ran and operated a real estate school working as the school administrator and an instructor.  Nicolson was also a Director at the National Association of REALTORS®, a Director at Arizona REALTORS® and the 2023 President Elect of her local association, WeSERV.
