Jessica Garard
Jessica Garard is a Flagstaff native, an NAU graduate, and has always called Flagstaff home. She has loved her career as a REALTOR® since 2006, helping buyers and sellers navigate through the Flagstaff real estate market. Jessica and Eric teamed up in 2009 and formed a great team. She is excited to evolve that into the best locally owned brokerage in Flagstaff.
Jessica prides herself on being a knowledgeable, trustworthy source in the Flagstaff market. Her favorite parts of selling real estate are the lifelong relationships she has made. Jessica is a Designated Broker, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative®, and has been inducted as a member of the Master of Real Estate Society. She has served as President of Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® and other Board of Director positions; and she is also a member of the Professional Standards Committee for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.
