 Andrea Beaman is an author, Natural Foods Chef, thyroid expert, holistic health coach, herbalist, and educator dedicated to natural healing and sustainable eating and living. She teaches preventative healing techniques using ancient, time-tested wisdom.

Christina Campion

Christina was born and educated in North Yorkshire, England. She met and married an American who was living in London, and they moved to the United States with their baby daughter in 1979.


Born not wanting to eat, health-compromised, and struggling in her body for most of her childhood, then flirting with death both consciously and unconsciously, Christina was eventually and most fortunately guided to a whole new way of living and eating that has gifted her ever since with an abundance of great good health, humil-ity, and gratitude for all.


She has had a very diversified career as a chef with a great variety of styles, transitioning from cordon bleu to macrobiotics. Christina also enjoys designing clothing, is a gifted seamstress, and has assisted in a few different national and international aid programs.


Christina now resides in the lower Catskill Mountains in Upstate New York.

Debra Fernandez

Debra Fernandez is a dancer, choreographer, and educator whose work has been presented in museums, opera houses, and numerous dance venues, as well as in many productions at the Williamstown Theater Festival.  


Debra joined the Skidmore College dance faculty in 1991, served as Chair from 2009 to 2021, and was promoted to Full Professor, holding the David H. Porter Endowed Chair for five years.


Since retiring, she has focused on visual art, particularly collage and mixed media, and has actively sold her work. Additionally, she developed a unique yoga practice tailored for the aging body and teaches classes online. She enjoys helping others uncover their bodies' potential resilience and is equally dedicated to her own ongoing spiritual growth.

Lynn Goodman is a Shiatsu/Shin Tai practitioner and instructor with nearly 30 years of experience. She became involved in touch therapies after enduring years of serious illness. Marcia Ward

Marcia Ward, recovered professional ballet dancer, Soma Structural Integration practitioner, somatic educator, has explored the human embodiment process for over 60 years. She co-directed and served as core faculty of the Soma Institute for 17 years (1989 - 2006) and expanded her training and movement experience becoming a Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst (CLMA) in 2001. (CLMA is an advanced system of movement study that encompasses the full range of human movement from function to expression). Since that time, her teaching and work with individual clients in private practice have served to deepen her respect for our shared human experience and unique individual expression.

Pat Fenda

Pat Fenda received a master's degree in dance, which introduced her to the art of pantomime & performing with the Mad Mountain Mime Troupe. She moved to Tampa & met Stewart Lippe,  juggler & filmmaker. Together, they created the Franzini Family Chamber CIrcus. In their 43-year career, they traveled the world performing with the USO. 


After 5 years on the road, Pat returned to Tampa, belly dancing at Busch Gardens & giving birth to Strictly Entertainment, Inc. She was the Big Boss of that company for 36 years. Knowing retirement was on the horizon, she looked for another focus. She transitioned from a horizontal to a vertical stage as she pursued the art of pastels. Her artwork has received several awards, and she is not done yet!

Polly Pitchford is a Sarasota-based educator, motivational speaker, and cooking instructor with over 40 years of experience in the wellness field. She is the founder of Wellness Journeys, offering engaging in-person and virtual wellness programs on nutrition, stress management, and movement to corporations, county governments, and the Florida school system.
 
 As a Senior Wellness Analyst with Sarasota County Government, Polly developed and delivered trainings such as The Success Principles, HeartMath, and a peer-reviewed Positivity Program featured in JOEM. Her past roles include chef at Whole Foods Market, co-host of two cooking shows, and co-author of two health cookbooks. Polly holds certifications in wellness coaching, yoga, fitness, and nutrition behavior change.
