They're their sheet goes, they're yeah, they're crushing it on paper. Like they've got this life, they're so disciplined, they're so successful, they've got the family, they've they've they've got it all figured out, except for this one area. Welcome to Mojo and Co., the podcast for unapologetic midlife women who are done playing small, done guessing, and done fighting their body instead of understanding it. I'm your host, Katie Fleece, and this podcast is for women who are ready to get their mojo back, their confidence, their power, and the connection to their body back. Hey guys, I wanted to pop in here really quick before this episode starts because I'm so excited to share this one with you. This is actually an episode I was a guest on called Behind the Boom, and it is one of those conversations that just kind of went there. You know what I'm saying? Uh, you guys probably know by now that I don't do service level, and it also happens that neither does Amber, the host. So I really think you're gonna love this one. Uh, and speaking of Amber, a lot of you ask me who's behind the scenes of this very podcast. Well, that's her. That's her and her team at AK Social House. Uh, they are a full branding and content agency, and honestly, they have been an absolute game changer for this podcast right here, Mojo and Co. Uh, because let's be honest, Lord knows, I don't know how to do any of this. Okay, I just have to hire it done. Anyways, enough from me. Let's get into it. Enjoy the episode.
SPEAKER_00Hey everybody, and welcome to another episode of Behind the Boom Podcast. I'm so stoked with who I have here today because I have not only a fat loss coach, she is the founder of Mojo Fitco, and she is the woman behind over 10,000 body transformations. That is ridiculous. Before she begins to talk, I do want to just say one thing. I met her in real life, so I've actually seen her body is completely a ripped. You know, people can like fake that shit online. She is not because she's a real deal. Like, wow, you actually look like that. She's not airbrushed. It's always good to know when you when you meet those people in real life. So, guys, I have Katie Fleece here. Thank you so much for joining me today.
SPEAKER_01Well, that intro. Can you just like follow me around everywhere I go?
SPEAKER_00I'm excited to be here. Perfect. Well, I want to dive in, and I I've had so many questions, probably because of your industry. Naturally, I mean you you gravitate towards midlife, that is your genre, and that's where I'm at, right? Being 41-ish, 41, yes. Um, and uh, so I had this massive list, but I'm like, hold on a second, I need to make sure I get as much as I can, you know, for for the audience that may not just want to know about Belly Fat, but I'm gonna go back there because I want to know. Yeah, but before we go there, share just a little bit of your journey of what has led to the birth of Mojo Fitco and uh and you know, your journey to success being, you know, behind the boom. Like, at what point did you feel like you sort of hit that boom of like, because girl, you're everywhere, like you're all over social media. Every time I turn on, whether it was Facebook, YouTube, whatever, it was like, there's Katie's face. She she's that transformation.
SPEAKER_01There she is again. There that, yeah, there she is again. Um, you know what? It's funny because um I think a lot of people see the now. Uh, but I've actually been in this industry for over two decades. So it has been a long time coming. And um, I've always primarily worked with with women, with females. Uh, started out, you know, teaching aerobics and, you know, steppe aerobics and typo. I might be aging myself there, but that was like a big thing back then, you know? Um, and then we we all know, well, not we all know. I'm a I'm assuming we've probably all heard that uh, you know, maybe cardio isn't like the way to get your quote unquote dream body as you get older. I think more and more women are figuring that out because we did grow up in this like cardio is everything era, right? Um, and so, you know, eventually I opened my own personal training studios and then eventually a in-person gym, sold that gym, went solely online. Um, you know, I was recruited a year or two ago by a big company and uh recently left that company. And I think what brought me here today to answer your question and and how Mojo Fitco was born is just from being in this industry for so long and serving so many women and really just seeing all of the little holes uh that these women really need, you know, especially when we get into this stage of life, like this perimenopause, like mid-law, midlife, and beyond, there's so many things that we are just um really significantly underserved in this industry. There's there's fitness and nutrition everywhere, right? But but not a lot of women do well with you know taking advice from someone who's actually never been in their shoes, right? And um, and like I said, I've I've been around long enough to see what works, what doesn't work, um, and what women truly need. And so I said, you know what? I'm gonna go back out on my own because number one, I just I do better when I'm on my own. And uh, doing what I do best though, in and serving women and getting these women in shape, give give them what they need, and also do it my way. And so here we are, uh Mojo Fit Co, that's how it was all born.
SPEAKER_00And you just recently launched your podcast.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_00I mean it is bomb. Like I love it. The energy is ridiculous.
SPEAKER_01So funny. Yeah, Mojo and Co., which by the way, uh, Miss Amber here and her team, they handle all of that for me. They are equally as bomb.
SPEAKER_00Brain transformation is body transformation. See, we should be doing more together. That's right, that's right. Yeah, um, so so if anything, you guys need to at least be checking out the podcast. I mean, these are short 15, 20 minute segments that just really dials into speaking to women in this space and you know, the hormones and and the changes and all the different things. It's funny because I was using a chat GPT to be my uh my nutritionist, and I had a personal trainer um about a year and a half ago. She, because I was trying to be efficient with the kids getting up and going to school, I knew the workout had to be done in the morning. There was no, and I didn't see any benefit of doing it before bed. I wanted to like activate my brain. So I'm all about activate your brain and your mind, body, and you know, everything else comes comes second. So she would come to my house at five. I swear to God, I was doing those workouts in my sleep. I mean, I was just like, my eyes weren't even open. I don't know what I really got out of that. You know, she'd be talking. All I remember is she told me that oats that they feed it to horses to gain weight. And I was like, what? I thought oats was like a good thing. And she's like, Yeah, if you want to get real blood, like condensed, really fat. And I was like, interesting. I had thought I was doing well by switching my Starbucks lattes from milk to oat milk. I'm like, oh, I'm so I'm so healthy. It's half sweet, it's so milk. Girl, I've been blowing up. I was having two venties a day. I'm like, what is happening? So Chat GBT told me to get off of that too. So that's been like my been like my savior. So I'm really excited that I have you on because I think so many women have so many questions in that area. Every time that I pop in and I see your content, I feel like you're speaking to me. Even if you're just speaking in your in your bathroom mirror, I'm like, girl, she's talking to me. Like, you know, you're talking about the belly fat and what you're holding on to, and that it's your body telling you something. Um, so I like to touch on that a little bit because your focus in your genre is women midlife, right? Yeah, no, nobody else. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Right. Yeah, that's who I serve. Um, and honestly, it's because I like I was saying, this is women at this age are very misunderstood, right? We are told that we're crazy, uh, that it's just part of aging. Um, and you know, what we're experiencing is normal. Suck it up. You know, I am also, you know, these particular women have my heart because I am her, right? I've built the businesses, I've raised the family, I've, you know, I'm doing all the things. I've experienced um autoimmune disorders, cancer. I'm I'm going through perimenopause. Like I am her. Like I get it. And it is really, really hard being a woman. And especially at this stage when so much is happening. And, you know, most programs are built for someone, you know, that's that's like fits that 25-year-old category, right? And can get can get away with with everything, right? Almost anything. Like eat less, move more, and and the weight falls off. It's just like, hey, cool, great. Um, but women in their late 30s, in their 40s, 50s, beyond, it's different, okay, because estrogen, things like estrogen begin to fluctuate, testosterone, um, insulin sensitivity, like it it all changes. Cortisol is usually much higher. And so what happens is these women get frustrated because they they do exactly what they what they did before, what worked before. You know, they cut the calories, they do the cardio, they they are trying to be more disciplined, right? They're trying to work on their mindset because it's like, okay, you know, like you said, like mind, body, spirit, all the things. And then suddenly it's just like the body stops responding. Well, then they get frustrated. And it's just like this vicious cycle. But they don't, it's not because they're doing anything wrong. It's just, hey, the rules have changed, right? As your body changes, the rules change a little bit. And so, you know, what I love about this stage of life, about the group of women that I work with, though the type of woman in particular that I work with is, you know, most of the time they are powerful everywhere else in their lives, right? They they look like they got it all together. They're yeah, they're crushing it on paper. Like they've got this life, they're so disciplined, they're so successful, they've got the family, they've they've they've got it all figured out, except for this one area. All right, quick pause to talk about my company, MojoFitco, because this deserves a moment. MojoFitCo was built for midlife women who feel off in their body and are just tired of being told to eat less, move more, and deal with it. All right. Women battling hormones, belly fat that comes out of nowhere, low energy, mood swings, and the constant feeling of why do I not feel like myself anymore? Now look, this is not a basic fitness program, and it is definitely not built by Jim Bros or 20-year-old influencers. Mojo Fitco was built for women by women, designed specifically for this phase of life. Inside, we don't guess, we don't punish your body, and we don't hand you another plan that you gotta figure out on your own. We look at the full picture. Hormones, metabolism, stress, lifestyle, everything that you need all under one roof. Because you are never too old to get your mojo back, I can assure you that. And you also need support from someone that actually understands the female body at this stage of life. So if you're ready to feel strong, sexy, clear-headed, and confident again in your body, and you're done with all of the free or cheap VS out there and you want a forever solution, you can apply by clicking the link in the show notes. All right, now let's get back to it. And so it's like when their body stops responding, it's just incredibly frustrating, especially for that type of woman, because they're thinking, like, wait, I solve a million problems a day. Why can't I figure out my own body? And so that's the that that's the type of woman that I just like I said, I love helping.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and and you're right. They, I mean, even for me, I've gone through all sorts of different things. Not that I'm like overweight or anything like that, but having C-sections, having kids, and you know, the stress of the everyday of the running the business and with the kids and all of that, there's always that weight. And I'm not a healthy eater by all means. You know, I like carbs, I don't like meat, I don't like fish. So it's not like I could just live on sushi and just be so fit. So I've also put that all into chat, uh, GBT, to my best friend. This is what I eat. And they've, you know, told me to lean more towards the proteins. But it's funny that you're saying that about the thinking that we need more cardio because I my husband's an avid runner, he does a minimum of five miles a day and then does you know, triathlons and all that kind of stuff. So it's crazy. I'm like, well, I would love to learn how to run just to keep up to even do 5K with you. You know, that would be fun. So I had started with Orange Theory last year and uh and was, you know, was doing that. And and I just recently, it's funny because I went to Miami for eight months and I came back and I seen the same people at my Orange Theory here in Orange County. And I'm like, oh, they all look the same. I'm like, you know, and it's an eight-month break, right? So just seeing them, it was actually a good eye-opener to see why do they all look the same? You know, they're all consistent. We're all here with a 6 a.m. crew, right? And um, and it's funny, I was doing some research on it. It was saying about how it it spikes your cortisol levels, making you do these fast sprints, and then you're switching over to this. And I'm like, shit, that's what I'm doing every day, you know. So I was trying to alter it, and they were saying double down on the weights, really focus in on the weight training when I'm there. So I'm picking up the weights that like the men would pick up. I'm dragging them over, hauling them to my station to work on those. And then instead of running, I'm like inclined on 15 and just trying to like walk up that to move like those different spaces, and then I don't do the run, the row or I have to cut class to to make it to drop kids off. So yeah, but I'm like, maybe I need to actually get out of that the orange dairy, period. But also like the little bit of like that run, it gets a sweat going and sure.
SPEAKER_01Sure. There's nothing wrong with cardio. Like, trust me, there is nothing wrong with cardio at all. But uh women have this way of thinking that they're gonna get their sculpted body on a treasure. It's not gonna happen. Like, if you have a goal of running a mini marathon or a triathlon, I'm just like, yeah, you gotta you gotta work very specific cardio in. But if your goal is not cardio based, and your goal is like, hey, I want a hot bot, I want to be lean, I want to be sculpted, I want a nice booty, nice legs, I want to lose body fat, I want to lose belly fat. Right, okay, well, there is a time and a place for the treadmill or the rower, but you also gotta make sure everything other, everything else is in place. Things like lifting weights and not just lifting weights, not just getting on Pinterest, you know, finding the latest and greatest workout every single time you go to the gym. No, you got to progressively, uh, this term is thrown around a lot, progressive overload, but it's an actual thing. You don't need to switch up your workouts every single time you go into the gym, right? Pick a couple body parts, work those, you know, strength train, lift, and increase your weight or increase your reps or increase your sets. But over time, you're building that muscle. Muscle, the more muscle you have, the more calories you're gonna burn. Voila, guess what that also does? Burns body fat. And then obviously, you can't out train a bad diet. I hate using the word diet because a lot of people have a negative uh reaction when they hear that word, but nutrition, right? Your body needs fuel. And the number one thing that women, especially in this stage of life, need is protein. Like you gotta have it. You gotta have it. It's going to protect your muscles, which are in turn gonna protect your bones. So strength training and protein, like those are absolutely the two most important things. Even if you don't have a goal to look like a smoke show, you still need those two things at this stage in life to protect your body. Those are the building.
SPEAKER_00Your bones and your muscles and all that, yes.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. By the age of 30, our body fat, or not our body fat, I'm sorry, our muscle just naturally decreases. Right. And then, you know, so if you don't want to be a lady in your 60s with a hunchback with osteoporosis, then guess what? You better start strength training and you better eat enough protein.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. I mean, I love seeing these women that are in their 50s and beyond that are like crushing it and they're like lifting these massive, you know, dumbbells and and weights at the gym. And I had even talked to my mom, who's almost 70, she has 67, right? And which she loves this year. All the all the grandkids love it because they're like, Nana 6'7. Oh God, yes, yes. I was like, Mom, you pick the year to be 67. But she was like, I need to pick up weights, Amber. So I'm I'm looking at these, you know, they're uh eight pounds. I'm like, mom, eight pounds. I'm like literally, that's like picking up a newborn. I'm like, can you just like pick up a newborn? Like, seriously. I'm like, that's like back in the day when you used to watch Richard Simage and you would just make a cans of soup out of the, you know, out of the cupboard. You're like, I'm working out. Like, you can at least probably do like 12, 15 pounds, you know, just get just to get started. And it sounds like a lot for you, but you could probably do some bicep curls. You're scared of it. I mean, what do you uh what do you kind of first say when women come to you and they feel tired and exhausted, but they're not overweight? Do you know they're not like 200 pounds, and obviously we know that a diet plays a big part, but overall, like you said, they're high producers, they're healthy, but they feel that brain fog, that exhaustion. You know, what's what's sort of your your intro point there?
SPEAKER_01Well, there's a lot going on, probably. Um, and this one frustrates women, I think, more than anything, because a woman can weigh the same she did at 25 years old, but suddenly everything just feels different, right? She feels mushy, weight all of a sudden, her body fat is accumulating around her midsection. Um, it's just that's just what happens, right? And and so many people blame it on it's just part of aging. Like, you know, this is just it. Once you hit 40, your metabolism just disappears magically. Well, that's actually not the case at all. It's your habits that have been building up to this point. And because your hormones kind of go crazy around this time, time of year, or not time of year, time of life, then it just seems like it's your age, you know. Um, like I mentioned earlier, things like estrogen begin to fluctuate, uh, go up, go down. The body becomes more sensitive to uh storing that body fat, specifically in the mid the midsection. Um, on top of that, you know, most of the women that I work with are high performers. Well, you know, they're running businesses, they're managing teams, they're running households, they're raising families, they're carrying a lot of responsibility. And so their nervous system is also like a low-grade stress response most of the day. So when cortisol stays elevated and blood sugar isn't stable, the body is much more likely, again, to store extra body fat in particular around the midsection. So you've got all of these hormonal shifts happening, you've got stress, you know, elevated through the roof oftentimes, you know, um, and also you've got 10, 15, 20 years of dieting and metabolic adaption layered on top of all of that. So then it's like, okay, well, then what does she do? She's like, you know, this woman, she panics, she doubles down, she does more, right? More restrictions, she eats less, does more cardio, pushes harder, and then just cannot figure out like why her body is not responding at 40 and beyond, like it did when she was 25. And so that is just like I said, it's just like this vicious cycle that these women get in. And it's not that they're not working hard, it's not that they don't want it hard, you know, bad enough. It's just that their approach also has to evolve as we age because our bodies need different things. Okay, so now you got to focus on things like building and preserving muscle, uh, stabilizing your blood sugar, um, supporting that muscle, supporting your metabolic health, uh, managing your stress, you know, and a lot of times too, we even go deeper in my program and we talk about hormones. Like, what does that look like? Uh, we may introduce peptides. Now, I will say the thing about I know peptides are all the rage right now. You still gotta have the foundational building blocks, right? Without nutrition and strength training and a, you know, habits that are going to support this lifestyle. Like without those things, I don't even put anybody on peptides, right? So there's there's a lot that goes into it. Um, like I said, for for women at this stage of life, that, like I said, the scale might not even be moving. It might be like where they were at when they were 25, 30 years old. It's just their body. Composition looks completely different. And it's not because of lack of trying. It's just because their approach did not shift as their body did.
SPEAKER_00Right. Right. So you probably get this a lot, and it gets frustrating for women because you do work mostly with high producing. You know, I even see your your ads and the way that you that you put yourself out there is really speaking to that high achiever, high producing. Like you're crushing it in all aspects of your life, but you need to crush it in in this, uh, you know, in this domain as well, which uh which I really love. Do you do you often see, I see it as doing brand transformations? People come in, we transform their brand because the person that they are today, it doesn't match the level of what their brand is showing up online, right? It's two different people. So we need to level that up and we do that transformation. You must get that a lot with your clients where they do the transformation, they do the work with you. They're like, holy shit, now what? Do they feel almost like a totally different person that they're that they've like that old person kind of died? Like, where did it go? And then how are they adapting from the mind, the mindset side of things?
SPEAKER_01Yes, for sure. And honestly, the physical transformation is only a small part of it. Like, that is really exciting to see on the outside. Like it's probably my one of my favorite things about what I get to do. But what I see happen with these women is a transformation that happens right here between the ears. You know what I mean? And that for a woman is huge. A lot of women that come to me, they are incredibly, like I said, they're incredibly successful on paper. You know, they're doing all of these things, showing up for everyone else in their lives, but somewhere along the way, when their body stopped responding the way it used to, their confidence just diminishes, right? Their confidence in themselves just slowly goes away. And then all of a sudden, you know, they may be looking in the mirror going, like, who is this woman staring back at me like they don't even recognize her? And so they start, you know, second-guessing themselves. They don't feel as comfortable in their own skin, they avoid wearing certain clothes, um, they avoid pictures, family pictures, they miss out on memories with their kids because they don't feel good about themselves. And so when a woman doesn't feel good in her body, it affects everything. I mean, I'm talking everything. The way you parent, the way you show up as a leader, your marriage is a big one. It affects everything. And so when they go through this transformation process, yes, their body changes. You know, they get leaner, they get stronger, they feel better, but the transformation that happens on the inside and how they see themselves is is just truly incredible. I mean, it is it is the real game changer, right? When they it's it's like they start trusting themselves again, they start believing in themselves again, they carry themselves differently. I mean, just even the way that they walk into a Starbucks, you know what I mean, or walk into a boardroom or or walk into the bedroom, you know, it all changes, it all shifts. And when that happens, that ripples down into every area of their life. Like I said, their marriage most of the time um improves, you know, because they finally feel confident in their own skin again. They feel connected to themselves again. Let's just say it like it is sex usually gets better. Because why? Because they have more confidence in their body, they want to show it off, you know. You know, they they show up as a stronger leader because they're um again, they're just confident in who they are. They show up as a uh different lead for their kids because they they are proud of the example that they are setting. They have more energy because they have taken that time to give to themselves. So now when they pour into their kids, they're pouring in as a better mom. They're coming from a better place. And so when a woman feels powerful in her body again, she just, like I said, just radiates. The room radiates with her presence.
SPEAKER_00I I feel like uh the body transformation should be a prerequisite for everything else that you do in your life. You know, because if you look at even the most successful people, men or women, typically they're in a ripped body shape. You don't see a whole lot of real overweight, lazy, super successful people unless they got super lucky, because they're really crushing it in all domains. But you really hit the nail on the head when you're saying about the mindset and what it does internally of that transformation. Because if I feel good on the inside, everything else changes. But also, I think going through a program or working with somebody like you also creates that discipline that a lot of business owners could struggle with because they're not going to a nine to five, they're not listening to a boss, right? They're not following that that sort of schedule, it's all on them. So you're being that accountability person to say, this is what we're gonna follow, this is what we're going to do, and you know, checking in and making sure of that. And once they hit that and they've gotten that discipline muscle working with you, of doing that, seeing that transformation, feeling the confidence, everything else, like you said, I always say it bleeds into all the domains that you do. So, yes, it's better in bed and it's better with kids and all of that, but looking at the outside of your business, your success, what you're doing, what are you showing up for? What are you getting up out of bed and working for every day? What's the legacy you're leaving behind? That fit body and how you feel internally is going to bleed into all the things that you do. So I think it's fantastic. I think people over, maybe overlook or they think they don't need it. I know who needs it. I don't need to coach. I'll just ask the questions here. I'll go to the gym, I'll do the things. But you're so right at that stage, people just get stuck and then they're putting in all of the work and saying, okay, where is that? I was feeling like that. I feel like just kind of stagnant, hitting the gym six days a week, not five, not three, you know, of doing, you know, like you said, the protein intakes, but like what are the other missing pieces? Because I could say I've gotten my seven hours of sleep, but I could probably take a nap and drop at any point during the day because you know, because you feel that brain fog or whatever. So there's definitely your hormone levels are off, you're missing different things. So I think it's important for anyone at this stage to be working with somebody, right?
SPEAKER_01You're exactly right. And here's the thing, you got to remember like, okay, what are you an expert in? Like you're an expert in in branding, right? You're an expert in podcasting, right? So it's like, okay, if you're not an expert in body transformation, then why are you trying to do it on your own? Right. If you wanted to learn how to play the guitar, learn how to play the piano, you would go get lessons from an expert, right? If you wanted to learn how to sing, you would get experts from someone who has the voice that you want to have, who who is an expert in singing lessons. If you wanted to learn anything, like you hire the expert, but yet so many women they don't approach their body with that same mentality. Right. They think, oh, I could do it on my own, especially high achieving women, because we are we can do it all. We can do it all, right? Like we we we're independent, we know what we're doing. It's like, well, okay, that will only get you so far until you get stuck, and then you're like, well, what do I do now? You know, and then what what a lot of people find themselves in, you know, they find themselves in this predicament because it's like, oh, well, I just spent the last you know 10 years doing what I thought I was supposed to do, but now I gotta undo 10 years of under-eating, over-training, wrecking my metabolism. You know what it's like? Yeah, look, there's no shame in asking for help. Like there is absolutely whether that's from me or from somebody else, but there is no shame in asking for help. And you know, if you are a strong woman, I'm just here to tell you like, look, it's okay if you need help in this particular area. Most people do. It's just we gotta let our egos down sometimes. We gotta push the buttons and ask for that help.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. And I think it's also important to um, I'm really big on energy, right? Like anybody that I work with, it's always an energy transfer. I know if we're gonna get along, it's gonna be great, we're gonna do great things together. I felt that energy even with you and connecting with you from uh podcasts from previous clients and saying, man, you know, she is my jam. So when it comes to having a trainer and working with somebody, you also need to feel that energy. Like I had a trainer come to my house, she was an older woman. I was like, eh, she don't really get me. You know, I'm just gonna follow it along. But you know, my husband's like, well, who is she even fit? Like, I feel like you're getting trained by your mom. Like, what's happening here? Right? Like, I mean, she was it. She was like a pro boxer, you know, probably like a retired pro boxer, but she had all the credentials. But like, did she let like did she like bring up my energy? Did she get me excited? I'm like, I need you to like scream, yell, like bang on my door. Don't just ring the doorbell because we all want to bang on my door, like boot camp style, and show up here, like, let's do this. So I think that energy and feeling comfortable and knowing, you know, who they're working with plays a huge part. And somebody like you of having over 10,000 transformations, I mean, that's ridiculous. You've been in this space, I don't know, since you were kindergarten. Like Yeah, yes.
SPEAKER_01Yes, I was too.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_01Two years old. Yeah. You're exactly right though. I mean, I do think you're um, not I think I know who you hire matters because if you don't vibe, and I'm not saying you have to be best friends by any means, because there does come, I I I do get um, I love building relationships with my clients. It's like one of my favorite things that I do. But at the end of the day, I am still somebody's coach and I have to be able to call them out on their BS. Like that, you know, that's that's what they need. They don't need somebody saying, Oh, good job, when they suck. Exactly. Look, if you suck, if you're not doing the work, if you're not committed to what you say you want to achieve, then something's gotta give, right? We either gotta reevaluate your goals or you gotta, you know, we we gotta we gotta shift what you're doing here a little bit. Um, so yeah, who who you hire matters, you know. You gotta vibe with them because if you're not looking forward to their feedback, if you're not looking forward to meeting with them, if if you just really don't like them, well then you're probably not gonna be very coachable, you know?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, that's true, right? You're not not gonna answer the bill. Oh, it's hurricane. Damn it. You put the phone down. So how are you gonna get get further with this? Listen, Katie, how can people connect with you, find you? I know they can follow you on social media, but what does that look like to work with somebody like you?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so you can. There's a couple places to find me. I hang out mostly on Instagram. So it's my name, Katie underscore fleece, and it is Katie with two Ts, K-A-T-T-I-E underscore fleece. Um so that's where I hang out the most. Um, you can also visit my website at mojofitcoat.com. Um, so if you are interested in working personally with me, you can visit there, fill out an application to see if you're a good fit, and we'll walk you through exactly what we do, what it looks like, all the things. Um, or like I said, just shoot me a message on Instagram and we can chat there too.
SPEAKER_00So I mean, I I could talk all day because I'm getting a personal consultation in my podcast. Woo! We'll put the follow-up. Yeah, right. Yes. This has been fantastic, Katie. It's been such a pleasure having you on here. We're definitely gonna pull some real goodies out um in here to share with everybody. So I hope that you guys found value in this, especially if you're somebody who is a high producer, high achieving woman, feeling like you've checked off all of the boxes, but yet you can't seem to get ahead in that health space. And with your body is not leveling up and matching to your business and the success of everything else in that's going on in your life, then definitely hit up Katie. She is amazing. Like I said, her body ain't airbrush. So I mean, her photos are fantastic, but she actually like looks like that in real life. I think that's really important to share because I've, you know, I've met her and I've seen her. So um thank you so much, Katie, for being on the show. And thanks you guys for tuning in. Until next time, we'll see you on another episode of Behind the Boom.
