And that's the kind of men I'm looking for. I'm looking for guys that have that same drive, that same hunger. Um I want to coach guys that want I want I want winners. I don't want uh I don't want whiners, I want winners.

SPEAKER_00

Agree. I don't want whiners, I want winners.

SPEAKER_01

Victors, not uh victims. I love that. That's the thing that I'm looking for because that's what makes it funny.

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Mojo and Co., the podcast for unapologetic midlife women who are done playing small, done guessing, and done fighting their body instead of understanding it. I'm your host, Katie Fleet, and this podcast is for women who are ready to get their mojo back, their confidence, their power, and the connection to their body back. We talk hormones, confidence, body image, relationships, and real life with zero filters and absolutely no BS. Nothing is off limits here. If you're ready to feel powerful in your body again and remember who the heck you are, you're exactly where you belong. Let's go. Welcome back to another episode of Mojo and Co. Podcast. And our last episode for just a few months while we take a break for the summer. Um and I've got my husband back with me today to continue our top five. The last top five. The last top five. Ever. Ever.

SPEAKER_01

Let's call it ever. No, I'm just messing with it.

SPEAKER_00

We might have saved the best for last. No, but for real, we are taking a break for the summertime, and we will be back in the fall. Um, but we actually have some really exciting things happening, and so that's why we made a decision to all right, you know what? It's we gotta take a little bit of a break um from the podcast. But Mojo Fitco, our company, is growing leaps and bounds, and uh some really exciting things are happening on that front, and we're expanding our team. And uh, we've actually had well, I'll let you speak to this, but we've had several men reach out to and say, Oh my gosh, do you do anything for men and all these things? And the answer is no, I don't because Mojo Fitco is women only. Yeah, but um And it's gonna stay women only, and it's going to stay women-only.

SPEAKER_01

They got their own app, their own everything, right? We do not work with men. You're all in your own little world, but um but no, I've I've you know, I've coached for a very, very, very long time, been in the health and fitness space for a very long time.

SPEAKER_00

Pretty much our entire marriage, and we've been married almost 20 years.

SPEAKER_01

Even looking back at like, you know, that's what I went to school for, and that's ended up being, you know, as a health and physical education teacher. I got a you know, minor in um health education and you know, got nutrition certificates. So I've got all these things, and I've and I've coached men, I've had great success with the men that were part of Fleece Fitness when we had our brick and mortar gymnast. So trained a lot of athletes, trained a lot of you know, middle-aged guys, and and obviously um, you know, I've enjoyed the the you know, working with a coach, me personally, and and dedicating myself, and I've learned so much. I've had great mentors in this space. And um, you know, we've had a lot of of the spouses that want to kind of like join their wives and started taking on a couple of those guys, and I'm loving it. They're crushing it, and I'm like, you know what?

SPEAKER_00

I'm I I wanna I wanna Yeah, it's like one of those things where you you've been kind of doing it behind the scenes for the past couple months just because so many people have requested it. And um, so now it's like, all right, you know, maybe you know, you just like I said, you you're just eating it up and it's like reignited that spark. And so now you're offering that to the public. Like, in fact, we just made an announcement today, like that that's even a thing. Um whereas before it was kind of like, well, we didn't ever advertise it. We didn't, you know, it was just like they if to find out about it, you had to ask about it, you know. So, anyways, it's exciting for you because you were just like in your element.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, well, I see you having all this, you know, this fun and and being fulfilled and helping these these women. I'm like, man, I wanna I want to get back to some of that stuff. And uh 'cause that's that's the fun part. That's the rewarding part. And even doing all the consultations I've done, you know, I always feel like I'm a part of the health journey, but I don't get to really be totally involved in all the you know, the transformations and the and the coaching aspect of it, you know. Yeah. It's been a a minute, but I'm excited to get back into it. Um, you know, we're gonna we're gonna grow something, build something, you know, why not? Right? Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And uh well, and this is too like you are, I mean, you were talking the other day too about so many men like think that their prime, you know, they were in their prime. You hear so many men talk about being in their prime and their twenties.

SPEAKER_01

And oh, I hear it all the time. Like guys on my best years are behind me and stuff. I'm like, bro, you don't even know. Like that first quote unquote prime that you're talking about, that shit was given to you. Everybody was in their prime in their 20s, right? In the 18s and 20s. But so that's a get like that was just given to you. That's your that's your your prime. I th I would always say it's more of your like your athletic prime, but it's not the prime of your life. It truly, honestly, that 40 to 60 window, yeah, that is your prime, man. Like that is the time where you know you've built some of the things, you start having financial success, you got you know, people that depend on you, and a lot of guys chase that, and then they do that and they sacrifice their health and they sacrifice their body. Then when all that's over, right? When they go to retire, yeah, now they're left with issues and problems, and the only problem that they really have at that point in time is their health.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly.

SPEAKER_01

And you know, so it's like for me, I'm I'm really gonna I want to like the the the movement I guess I'm I'm creating is called the the midlife muscle project, right? So I was like, don't it's not a midlife crisis, it's a exactly midlife comeback, right?

SPEAKER_00

So I mean, and you're a literally walking example of that, you know, being like 47 years old and literally being in the best shape of your life and just not you know not letting the the kids and the career and all the other stressors that come with you know midlife, you know, getting the best of you, or or using it as an excuse, like and and being one of those guys that talks about all my best years were behind me. Like, oh dude, I they're not.

SPEAKER_01

I truly believe we're just getting started. Like, I mean, I literally envision myself like 50 being ten times better I am right now, and the same thing as I continue to to you know age. I want to age, I want to age the right way. I don't want to age average, I don't want to age the way society's the society says you should age.

SPEAKER_00

Accepts that you should age.

SPEAKER_01

I don't want to be an outlier, one of that that top one percent of that. And I want, you know, and that's the kind of men I'm looking for. I'm looking for guys that have that same drive, that same hunger. Um I want to coach guys that want that. I want I want winners. I don't want uh I don't want whiners, I want winners.

SPEAKER_00

Agree. I don't want whiners, I want winners.

SPEAKER_01

Victors, not uh victims. I love that. That's the the the things what I'm looking for because that's what makes it fun.

SPEAKER_00

So exactly.

SPEAKER_01

So that's who we're gonna be working. That's who I'm gonna be kind of like I said, uh helping is is guys in that 40 to 60 window who again wanna be a savage. Want to jump on that second prime, the real prime, the earned prime.

SPEAKER_00

The earned prime. Right.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So cool.

SPEAKER_00

Love that. Love it. So yeah, anyways, all of that to say we are just um we're growing. And um that's why we decided, like, okay, you know what, we're gonna take a few months off of the podcast to, you know, keep up because our number one priority is obviously our clients, and now having a team we also need to take care of and and lead. And um the podcast, you know, we'll take a little bit of a break, but we're excited to come back because I do have some really exciting guests plans.

SPEAKER_01

Well, you say the podcast thing, but honestly, members get oh, yeah. Our our members get basically podcasts every week. Oh, yeah. And I say not say our members, your members, the mojo fitco, not mine.

SPEAKER_00

Our clients, too.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. So it's like, yeah, if you if you want to listen to more things like this, then there's one way you can do that.

SPEAKER_00

Well, you should be client. You're really missing out.

SPEAKER_01

Yep, definitely.

SPEAKER_00

All right, quick pause to talk about my company, Mojo Fitco, because this deserves a moment. Mojo Fitco was built for midlife women who feel off in their body and are just tired of being told to eat less, move more, and deal with it, all right? Women battling hormones, belly fat that comes out of nowhere, low energy, mood swings, and the constant feeling of why do I not feel like myself anymore? Now, look, this is not a basic fitness program, and it is definitely not built by gym bros or 20-year-old influencers. MojoFit Co is built for women. By women, designed specifically for this phase of life. Inside, we don't get it, we don't punish your body, and we don't hand you another plan that you gotta figure out on your own. We look at the full picture for moments, metabolism, stress, lifestyle, everything that you need all under one roof. Because you are never too old to get your mojo back, I can assure you that. And you also need support from someone that actually understands the female body at this stage of life. So if you're ready to feel strong, sexy, clear-headed, and confident again in your body, and you're done with all of the free or cheap VS out there, and you want a forever solution, you can apply by clicking the link in the show notes. All right, now let's get back to it. Okay, so let's go out with a bang then. Okay. So, top five things that we stopped doing.

SPEAKER_01

Stop doing, that's the key.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that we stopped doing to stay lean year round. Do you want to go first or do you want me to go first?

SPEAKER_01

Uh you can. And I want to say, like, I will be clear, like when we say stop doing, I think it's more of like stop doing consistently ordered. It's not like we don't still do some of these things occasionally because it's not an all or nothing type thing. It's not, it's it's but these are things that we probably did a lot of right in the past that we no longer it's no longer a a habit of ours. A daily habit. Yes, it's not it's not in the routine, right? Exactly. More occasional versus like this is like what I do on a day-to-day basis.

SPEAKER_00

Right. Okay, so the number one thing for me This is gonna be awesome. Cardio.

SPEAKER_01

Oh god.

SPEAKER_00

I was you guys, first of all, I grew up in the 90s. That's what we did. Like I I grew up on Richard Simmons and Billy Blinks, like we were all cardio all the time. Like strength training, you didn't hear about strength women strength training in the 90s, you just didn't, right? So my first gig was an aerobics instructor. Like I started out teaching Tybo, step aerobics, and so I was a big, big, big cardio junkie, and that is all I did. I mean, at one point I was teaching 27 group fitness classes a week. Yeah, not only that, then I would go out and run and I would train for mini marathons. Okay, this was when I was in my 20s, and um, so when I say I was a cardio junkie, like trust me, like I was a cardio junkie, and I just prioritize cardio. Now, I'm not saying cardio is bad. I'm not saying that I don't still do occasional cardio, different types of cardio, different types, exactly. Yeah, uh one thing that um I do prioritize, and this is actually on our list, but I do get in steps, meaning I get in movement, but not necessarily like hardcore cardio.

SPEAKER_01

I just I just don't yeah, you more said it of like a zone, different zones and like getting getting your heart rate up to a certain level, right? Right. A certain area to where you know you're it's more of like because you said that the whole thing is like what we stop doing, right? Because we want to be lean. Yeah, it's that there's targeted cardio, right?

SPEAKER_00

So I stopped doing so much cardio and focused on dun dun dun building muscle. Like that if you want to be lean, you have to build muscle, which in turn obviously changed my body composition dramatically. Yeah. So I mean, if I mean you can even attest to this, like I have a lot more muscle now, and I am so much smaller, and I've always been a small person. You've always been fit, I right, but I I am a I'm much tighter and leaner and smaller as opposed to when that's all I did was cardio, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, funny story when we got married, she was running all these mini marathons, and one time her running partner like dropped out of the race with her like three weeks. I'm I'm not shitting you. Three weeks.

SPEAKER_00

I don't think it was three, it's like one.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I don't know. Regardless. For some odd reason, I agreed that I was gonna run this mini marathon with her. Now keep in mind Katie was somebody who was training for mini marathons. Dustin hadn't ran over a mile in probably since PE back when I was in in high school. But I was that stubborn idiot that said, like, I don't care, I'm gonna run this whole entire thing, and I even chise like I'm not gonna stop, I'm gonna run now. We may not have ran very fast, but I was like, I was never gonna stop. You did. I ran that whole entire mini marathon without stopping without stopping, and I haven't ran since. No, you haven't. I'm telling you, like, it was just my knees and everything.

SPEAKER_00

That was at least 17 years ago.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, at least. But you know, you say that cardio thing. I have like you you and I think that's what was like always the frustration with a lot of people out there that I get frustrated so much with, especially people I know, because when they think about like they need to get back into shape, they need to get back into health, they need to get back into fitness, and like they think like they think they gotta start running. I'll see guys just pounding that pavement and running, and they're like so out of shape, they're out of breath, they're failing, bro, you don't have to go through that much pain to get results. Because I can tell you right now, when I see that guy running, I'm like, I'll bet a million dollars I don't see that guy running two weeks from now, three weeks from now, four weeks now, because it's like that is not gonna move the needle enough. Yeah, and it's just gonna be painful, stressful, and and strange. Now, if you love to run and you're and you're and you're and you're and that's what you do, and in in the hey, I'm move your body. I'm not against it. No, like I'm not seriously I'm against it.

SPEAKER_00

It's just like things we stopped doing to stay lean. That that's our whole point.

SPEAKER_01

Depending on what your goals are, your body composition. If you have a body composition goal, I would challenge that the cardio, long distance cardio is not the best answer. Correct.

SPEAKER_00

I would agree. In fact, I just had a lady that I onboarded a week or so ago, and and um she was saying how she runs, you know, and she works in these runs every day. And I was like, Cool, are you training, you know, for a mini marathon or a triathlon or whatever? She's like, No, I just like to run. And I was like, okay, cool, like I'm fine with that. I don't want to work with that. If you love to run, then let's do it strategically. Yep, you know, exactly. Um, if especially if you have a body fat loss goal, it's just it's not gonna be your main source of exercise.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you know, yeah, so just gotta make sure again, like when the days we're training, the days we're running, we gotta make sure we're putting enough fuel in our body that we're not metabolizing a bunch of muscle.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly.

SPEAKER_01

We're not using muscle as a fuel source, yeah. Right. So cool.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly. Okay, you go.

SPEAKER_01

Uh mine I I was gonna say eating fast food. And again, I'm gonna preference this. Like, I'm not saying I don't ever eat fast food, but it's not a weekly habit, a daily habit.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Um, I got in a really like when I blew up when I got to 220 pounds, is because my daily routine was I would get up, I would have coffee, I would stop at like a speedway gas station with the other outside sales guys and you know, get some disgusting gas station food for breakfast, hit coffees, and then we'd all hit the road.

unknown

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_01

I'd do an appointment, hit a fast food joint.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Probably go watch a movie, sit down, didn't really go to the gym, wasn't being active, uh go to my appointment, and then I would eat some fast food on the way home on dinner because I was out from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Sometimes later than that, yeah. So that was my habits. I was eating just a tremendous amount of fast food. And um, so that's something some things that I just realized like, look, that is some of the worst things that you can possibly do, especially if you're not doing any other things. Uh now I'm not saying that you can't eat fast food and still be successful because there are times we're just like, hey, I don't have choices. We we gotta hit this Chick-fil-A up, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, which by the way is my favorite fast food joint. If you need a healthy option, find a Chick-fil-A.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, and but again, there are options there, right? You just have to know what options that are going to work for you, right? And that's part of like, you know, when when you are working with a coach and with something that that's something that your coach should be telling you and helping you with, like, hey, like we gotta have a game plan when we're in these situations. Yeah, right. So that would be one more thing. Just cutting out all the you know, quick, easy, greasy fast food. I mean not saying I don't love a you know late night Taco Bell runner from time to time.

SPEAKER_00

When was the last time you went to Taco?

SPEAKER_01

Only at concerts, right? That's the last time we've done something like that, is like coming home late from a concert.

SPEAKER_00

Even then it's been, I mean, it's probably been a couple years since we did that. But if I if I am gonna go to fast food, we're always in Chick-fil-A, it's usually always Chick-fil-A just because there's definitely a lot of time. Subway from time. Subway side of time, yeah. I love Chick-fil-A. Like I actually love Chick-fil-A.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know and Chipotle. Do you call that fast food? Because I could I could live off Chipotle if I needed to.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that's true. So anyway. I don't know that I would well, I guess technically it is fast food.

SPEAKER_01

But most of the time we're preparing our our meals at home, the majority of the time. Um great.

SPEAKER_00

I think I have the hiccup, so this could be entertaining. Um okay, so I I'll go. Okay. And this applies to both of us, but treating weekends any differently than a weekday. Like we just it's it's like any other day. Like we still get up at the same time, we still get our workout in if we have one, you know, programmed, we still get our steps in. Like we still go to bed at a decent hour, you know, unless we have like a wedding or something to attend. But like we don't treat weekends any differently than Monday through Friday.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And that has been the biggest game changer.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely, because you'll hear you'll hear a lot of clients, like that's probably the first few months of them, like that's probably always gonna be their biggest struggle in the first few months, is like they kick ass Monday through Friday, Monday through Thursday. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

But when the weekends come out, Monday or Friday through Sunday, it's like a bringe.

SPEAKER_01

And the reason why they struggle though is because routine changes. Exactly. Right. Now you're not getting up at the same time, you're not going to work, you're not doing those things. You don't have a you're not like busy, I guess you could say. I mean, you're busy, but a different kind of busy, right? So we're creatures of habits, we're creatures of routine. So the more that you can stay in that routine, yeah, the more successful you're gonna be. So, like exactly what you said, weekends, you know, it's the same as it's the same.

SPEAKER_00

We get up at five, yep, we have our morning coffee, we get our steps in, we hit the gym, we uh like it's it's no different, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, our life sounds pretty exciting now when we're gonna be able to do it.

SPEAKER_00

Well, I but you know what though the body loves predictability. Yes, yeah, and so Monday through Thursday, you can crush it. Great, that's awesome. But Friday through Sunday, if you're on a binge and you're, you know, drinking four drinks, you know, a night and you know, not tracking your food, and which by the way, we actually don't track our food now because we've earned that, right? But if you're in a you know, a fat loss or weight loss journey, then yeah, that is an important part of the journey.

SPEAKER_01

Right.

SPEAKER_00

But but um, you know, if you're if you treat Friday through Sunday completely different, then you're just literally always going to be spinning in circles and you are going to continue on that roller coaster of frustration, you know.

SPEAKER_01

It causes a lot of starting over, stop and start, stop, start. So it's hard to build up that consistent momentum that you need to actually, you know, again, get out of those exactly bad habits.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and that's one thing too that I always encourage our clients to do is like, look, if throughout the week you have to get up at 5 a.m. to get your workout in, then you know what? Get up at 5 a.m. regardless if you're gonna get your workout in or not, and just keep your body in that routine, even if that just means you get up at 5 a.m. and you know, read a book on the weekends or you know, just sip your coffee in the peace and quiet. Like, but staying in that routine, it's going to allow you come Monday morning, you don't feel like, like you said, like you have to start over. Yeah, you know, okay, you go.

SPEAKER_01

Uh mean mine is gonna be the the the sedentary sitting down lifestyle. Like just I'm very intentional about movement because I've you stopped sitting so much. I've realized how important moving your body is like you're you know, I use analogies a lot and it's like your body's like a car.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

When you think about that, if your car is out driving all over the road all the time, you're always in the move in your car, you gotta put a lot of gas in that bad way. It's burning a lot of fuel.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

If your car is parked in a garage and it's you know in the barn or whatever, it's not going anywhere, it's not burning any kind of fuel. So that fuel is just stored in the gas tank. So for me, it's just it is just obviously being intentional about getting up and doesn't mean I'm not busy, doesn't mean I'm not, you know, I am at a desk a lot, right? And I am in a car a lot, right? But I try not to go extended period of times without taking a break, getting up, getting some movement, getting some steps, getting some food, whatever it may need, right? Just building that out throughout my day. Um because there are a lot of people I talk to um that they'll they'll call, they'll say they're very active people. They're like, Oh, I'm I'm active, I work out every day.

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_01

I'm like, Cool, well, what do you do?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Like, oh, I go to the gym, I sp you know, forty five minutes and get my workout in, and then I jump in a car. I said, Well, okay, cool, you got your work out. So, what do you do after that? Well, I I get in the car, I drive to work, I go to work, sit down at my desk. What do you do after that? Well, I I I Go home and drive in my car and I eat dinner and sit down and watch television and I go to bed. I was like, okay, cool. So like you're not active at all. Even though you work out for 45 minutes every single day, you're very sedentary, bro. Like you're not moving. Right. Right.

SPEAKER_00

So it's like a lot of people don't realize like that how important that is. Like it's awesome that you got your workout in, but and it's so simple. It's so simple. And I know for me, like I am, we are, we lead very busy lives. So it for me, I have to be strategic because I am one of those people too, especially with my ADHD. Like when I get hyper-focused on something, I could literally sit at a desk for eight hours if I'm doing something that I enjoy. Like I literally are, yeah. I literally could sit there and and not get up. And so now it's like I do have to be intentional on like, okay, well, what habit stacks can I do here? Like, you know, checking email, I could do that from my walking pad, you know, returning phone calls. I can do that from my walking pad. I do a lot of client check-ins from my walking pad or the treadmill. Yeah. Um, or even just walking outside, you know, um, just little things like that. Or, you know, you got 10 minutes of time, you know, go walk a couple laps around your neighborhood, or like for us, we we don't live in a neighborhood, but we just walk down to the stop sign and back, you know, and it only takes like 10 minutes. But I'm telling you, those little increments of just movement add up to Yeah, the compound throughout the day.

SPEAKER_01

Exactly. Right. Yeah. And then you too, you think about too of like being lean and and just the whole idea of fat loss. It's like literally, there's lots of different ways you can do that. You can you can just move more or you can eat less. And yeah, I like to eat. So if you give me the option of moving more versus eating less, I'll take moving more every single day. It's easier. Yeah. And you know, and you and I enjoy eating, right? So all right.

SPEAKER_00

Last but not least. Things we stopped doing. Oh, stopped doing, yeah. Yeah, to stay lean. One thing that we both stopped doing was staying up so late at night and just like binge watching TV. We used to really do that. Oh, and now, I mean, yeah. My ladies know that I love a good reality show. Okay. But we will watch like a episode. Yep. You know, and we still go to bed at like 9 30, I would say at the latest, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Then that's like in, we're gonna I'm gonna reiterate that seven days a week.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, even on the weekend.

SPEAKER_01

There are times it's 8 30.

SPEAKER_00

I know. Like my bedtime alarm goes off at 8 30. Yeah, and there are some days where I'm like, okay, time for me to hit the hay, you know, but other times it's like, okay, that's time for me to put my phone away. Let's watch an episode of, you know, Real Housewives, and then we'll go to bed. But you know, used to, we would stay up till 11, 11:30, midnight. Even you, I mean, you would stay up till one, two a.m.

SPEAKER_01

Sometimes, yeah. Sopranos, the wire. I mean, I would get watch one episode and then be like, okay, well, I guess I gotta watch the next one to find out what happens. And just next thing you know, it's like, holy cow, it's 3 a.m.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, it's a lot. It's amazing how much that affects your ability to lose fat. Oh, absolutely. Sleep. Yeah, lack of sleep.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, well, careful. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Which jokes lack of sleep, big time.

SPEAKER_01

So but yeah, and I think too, I think to me, also not even the lack of sleep, but it's also like it's you gotta think of like where you're the most productive in your like you're gonna be more productive during the daytime than you are at night. So like because you gotta think of like all the things at nighttime, like what are you doing that's actually productive? Like is sitting on the couch and watching episode after episode, is that an actual good use of your time approach? Because if it's not, and then that's and that is affecting your day, and you decide that because I what happens is a lot of people binge watch things until two or three in the morning. Yeah, but they still gotta get up and go to work the next day. So they get up at 7 a.m. But guess what? They're tired, they're groggy. Chance of them working out if they're up at 3 a.m. probably zero none.

SPEAKER_00

Yep.

SPEAKER_01

What I do in those cases right now, though, if I do have those times where I am up at 3 a.m. or 2 a.m. or whatever, guess what I'm still doing in the morning? Still working out. Yeah. And I'm gonna tell myself, bro, this did not suck. Yeah, you did this. Yep, you did this. This is your fault. So buckle up, this is gonna suck, but we're gonna get it done because that's who that's that's just who we are, is what we do. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_01

And then it you realize though when you're not it's over, like, shit, I don't want to do that again. Right. So I'm gonna start going to bed.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and taking recovery seriously. Like that is that's one thing that I am well, I'm one of those humans that I require eight hours of sleep to just function. So, and I love early morning. So I know like, okay, well, if I'm gonna get up at five, then that means I need to be in bed by nine, nine thirty. Right. And and uh get a good night's sleep. And and um that has been a huge, a huge um, what's the word, result of being able to stay lean, you know. Oh, 100%. Yeah, cool while you're along.

SPEAKER_01

That was five.

SPEAKER_00

That was five.

SPEAKER_01

Knocked it out of the park.

SPEAKER_00

I think that's where we end it.

SPEAKER_01

I love it.

SPEAKER_00

All right, well, like I said, we will be back here in a few months for Mojo and Co. Podcast. So try not to miss us too much. I mean, you could always follow follow along on social media. We do hang out a lot on Instagram, or at least I do. You're you're starting to get a lot of fun.

SPEAKER_01

That's the funny that you say that. Yeah, so that's gonna be. I did look, I hadn't made a post since 2024. So today.

SPEAKER_00

And then he made one today. I'm so proud of you.

SPEAKER_01

But and here's the thing like I said, I you know, if you're gonna make changes in your life, you gotta be consistent, you gotta show up, and you gotta do things that are hard and difficult and challenging.

SPEAKER_00

And for him, that is social media.

SPEAKER_01

It is, it is. But I'm gonna I'm gonna make a commitment and I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna show up, I'm gonna put the time in and put the effort in, put the it ain't gonna look great.

SPEAKER_00

Well, that's okay. We don't need it to look great.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not a we just want you, babe, not an influencer or anything, it's gonna be raw, real authentic self. I'm definitely a scared of AI, so it's not gonna be any kind of crazy constructed like whatever type thing, because I think that shit freaks me out. So, um yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh. All right. Well, until next time, have an amazing day, and we will see you soon. Later. Bye.
