Thank you for joining us on a Saturday. Hey, where you are separating yourself from everyone else. But quick recap for the week. On Sunday, we started like we normally do with our your weekly battle plan. Talked about controlling time utilizing that 10X mindset. Hey, then on Monday, we were joined by Chris Hartsuk. We did a dual drop with Elevate Springfield and the Designing and Building Mid-Illinois One Home at a Time podcast. My business partner and our big dog business coaching, Chris Hartsuk, joined us from the 10x business summit in Fort Lauderdale. You've heard me talk before. We go to quite a few trainings, workshops, etc., down with the team in Miami or the area around Miami. This one just happened to be in Fort Lauderdale. Three-day business summit he was participating in, and he gave us some insights from that event. Hey, we're going to be going back in July for that business summit toward the end of July. If you would like to join us, we'd love to have you. It is a great opportunity for you business owners out there to get some of those 10x strategies so you can infuse them into your business and start reaching for those 10x targets. Then on Tuesday, we had our next gen segment with Ellie. We were talking about Disney. You might recall last week we were on vacation in Disney. We did one episode from there talking about some of what we had going on. But then this episode, we took some time and talked about how to control time at Disney and how you can maximize your time at the park. We've become somewhat a Disney expert over the years. We've been there enough times we know how to get around and get everything done that you want to, that so you're not missing out on some of the attractions that they have to offer. Hey, then on Wednesday for Communities Grow Together, we had Brandon Dom from Rock for Mental Health. Great organization promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention. They've got a great concert coming up. Hey, make sure you support them. One of the bands at that concert is Park friend of the show, Miles Parkhill. You saw him oh about six months ago. His band will be performing there. So go out and support that organization by buying a ticket, which is only ten bucks to see. I believe it was three bands that night. So great value there. Let's get out and support Rock for Mental Health. Then on Thursday, we had Jamie Toole in. It had been about a year since he'd been on the show. Hey, I wanted to check in with him to get an update on the shoes season. It's just about six weeks away, a little bit less than six weeks now. They have so many great things coming up, even before the season starts. They've got the Heroes at Home Plate event in early May. They've got the Dinner on the Diamond event in later in May with Ozzie Smith. Just so much great stuff. I know one of the things that Jamie talked about was now that the stadium is under new ownership from Friends of Robin Roberts Stadium, they are able to host a lot more events there and do a lot more community-driven activities at the stadium. So I'm looking forward to those events. I'm looking forward to the shoes season. And then we also talked about the women's professional baseball coming to Robin Roberts Stadium after the shoes season gets over. So looking forward to having that as well. Then on Friday, we welcomed back Dr. Brian Willie from Align Life Chiropractic, and we had a segment focused on hormones. So much great stuff. Dr. Willie is so knowledgeable on all this stuff. We had a great time talking about cortisol, which he referred to as the master hormone and how all these hormones work together and some things we can do to make sure we are balancing that out. So make sure if you missed any of the episodes or segments this week, go back and check them out. So much great stuff. But today, for our training, that's why you're here, right? Separation Saturdays. Additional trainings to help you separate yourself from the competition. I want to focus on 10X in general, how to become more 10X. You know, on Monday we talked with Chris and he was down at the 10X Business Summit. So I thought it'd be a great opportunity today to really dive into getting started with 10x, what that means, some things you can do to start going down that 10X road. So one of the big things in 10X is the four levels of action. You've heard me talk briefly about them before, but the four levels of action are no action, retreat, average levels of action, and massive action. Now, the most dangerous level of action is average. You might think it's retreat, or you might think it's no action, but it's actually average. And the reason being is because that's the one that is socially accepted. Everybody's gonna say, hey, yeah, you're doing what you need to do, you're doing fine, you're gonna get complacent, but you're doing fine. Nobody's pushing you outside of that, right? But what we want to be in 10X is on the massive action side. So we want to do more than everybody else. Now, GC says, be a maniac at your career and life. Doesn't mean you're gonna be a crazy person, but take your business, take your personal life, take your spiritual life, become a fanatic, become a maniac at it. Just make sure you're doing it with honesty, integrity, and good things that are ethical. It's not talking about going out and going crazy. It's talking about doing things that enhance your life and go about it like a fanatic or a maniac would. Because if you're gonna get all the great things out of your business or out of your life, you really have to outwork everyone. You have to be willing to do whatever it takes and then be willing to do the stuff that other people do not. You don't need to trust your talent, but you need to trust your effort. Trust that work ethic that shows up, does whatever it takes, goes the extra mile, doesn't quit when other people do, and do that in every area of your life. And do a little bit more than the day before. Each and every day, do a little bit more than you did yesterday. Take whatever you did yesterday, whether that's the calls you made, the emails, the contacts, what you did with your family, contacts with your customers, your workouts, whatever, and add to it today. Do a little bit more than what you did yesterday. And do so much that you end up being criticized for it. Because here's what what's gonna happen. When you start taking massive action, you're bound to start garnering some criticism. People are gonna say, Hey, you don't have to do that much, take it easy, why are you doing so much? And the more you do that, the more you're gonna get that. Because eventually you're gonna push past that and then you're gonna start getting that admiration. Because here's the thing everybody is underestimating both their potential and the amount of effort to get where they want to get. Do more than anyone else does, and do more than anyone else thinks they need to do. My business partner Chris Hartshook always says we all have infinite potential and possibilities in our life. So reach for that potential, reach for those possibilities, take that massive action and go 10x. And when you're doing that, take everything you do to another level. Ask yourself in everything you do, how can I take this to the next level? How can I be great at this? How can this disrupt the industry? How can I take what I am currently doing to a completely different level? Stay around winners. Champions dominate. You need to stay around them. Quit settling for people who are just around you. Go look for those people who find anything below extraordinary to be unacceptable. Surround yourself with hitters, winners, strivers, the champions, the achievers. You can't ever hurt yourself going bigger and better. Being around those great people, being around those hitters and winners will push you to greatness too. And never compromise your potential for being satisfied. Anybody that's done anything great didn't settle for good enough. They weren't satisfied. Never compromise the potential to create, to be extraordinary, to do something significant and something massive. Don't settle for being satisfied. You want excellent, extraordinary, great. Never seen it like that. Don't compromise it. Be true to yourself. It's gonna keep you motivated if you're never satisfied. So don't let average people or average actions convince you to be satisfied. Be motivated by what's next, by your next target, by your growing potential. Your potential is always expanding, and so are your targets. And those targets should be massive. Look at how things are possible rather than impossible. Rather than talking about what can't be done, flip it around and say, how could it be done? How is it possible? How could we make it work? Doing those will get you doing that will get you thinking more in terms of 10x targets. Nobody gets excited over an average target, over an average goal. They get excited over massive targets, over 10x targets. Those are the ones that get you s excited when they are pushing you into your Y and pushing you into heights that you never thought possible. So create those 10X targets, even if you don't reach them. And a true 10X target, you're probably never gonna reach. But I guarantee you it will your results based on the actions you have to take to get that 10x target are gonna put you far above what your initial goal or target was going to be. So hey, let's 10x everything we do in all aspects of our life. 10x the action you need to take, 10x your targets, 10x your mindset, and let's be great in everything we do.
