I started this podcast for the chats with friends, the things we usually whisper about and the chance to learn as I go. Health, hormones, work, money, friendship, relationships and starting again. The questions we don’t always say out loud.
I’m still a beginner at plenty of it. Still getting bits wrong. Still curious about what comes next. My guests bring their stories and experience, and together we ask what we can take into our own lives.
Each guest leaves me with something to try before 50. A question, an experience, a little shift. You don’t have to have your next chapter sorted before you press play.
