When I met Matt, he had been running a successful brick & mortar store with some business partners in the cycling industry.
They’d been in business for several years, and had a fantastic customer base in the local area.
However, they knew the opportunity they were missing was online.
Starting at nearly 0 (only a website and database existed), I gave Matt and his team a clear plan to grow their online sales.
The plan consisted of organic social media, Meta ads and marketing to their database.
