Now that it is OFFICALLY fall, I am open to the subject of spice – but still not pumpkin spice. Spicing it up in the bedroom is definitely more my speed. This week we have a question from someone who wants to start exploring with her partner, but isn’t quite sure how to bring it up.

I have been with my partner for a while and we are super happy, but for me at least, it’s getting a little boring in the bedroom. I would love to spice it up and try new things with him but I feel so uncomfortable bringing it up. How can I talk to him about this without it being awkward?
