Disco is a modern, exploratory podcast dedicated to helping listeners discover the evolving landscape of human consciousness, spirituality, and energetic connectedness. Each episode features authentic conversations with healers, coaches, alternative practitioners and journeyers in this space. Our mission is to demystify the frontiers of modern spiritual care, making it approachable for those seeking an entry point.
You can expect a light-hearted, appropriately playful vibe that doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not. While we like to come in with a casual energy, our genuine curiosity and passion for spiritual growth fuel what we hope are meaningful, resonating and deep discussions.
Who are we? We are Zach and Michelle Lamb from Minneapolis, MN and we’ve been married for five years. We have a spunky, sassy two year old little boy named Murphy, and we just welcomed our newest family member, Nova to the crew.
We both came into our relationship with individual but separate interests in energetic connectedness and spirituality. Since meeting, we’ve continued to evolve our ideas together, which in the beginning of our relationship was usually over a few whiskies and a couple cigarettes. As time went on we realized, “hey, we really like all this stuff, let’s take it more seriously,” and it has truly become what feels like a calling for both of us.
We aren’t shamanic healers (although we have been told in a reading that in past lives we were – we’ll take it), we don’t have any crazy accolades and we consider ourselves to be pretty ordinary. But this “stuff” is for the “ordinary” too, because as it turns out, what seems “ordinary” is all pretty magical and we want to make that magic accessible and approachable for anyone.

On Mother's Day 2007, Julie survived a rollover car accident that took the lives of two of her children. What unfolded in the years that followed was nothing short of miraculous: visitations, signs, angelic communication, and an awakening that ultimately led her to her life's mission.
Julie shares how she developed the HOPE model of grief healing, what it's actually like to channel the Council of Wisdom, and why she believes all healing — however it arrives — is miraculous.
