Are you tired of letting emotions or other people control your life? I know I was.
It wasn't until a personal experience with a friend's sudden distancing that I realized I needed to take control of my emotions.

Our emotions can pull us in similar to being stuck in a well, and we need to find a way out.
We often use different ways to cope with them with meditation or distractions like shopping.
I also brought back the concept of "home" and personal security, something I haven't discussed in a while. You can learn more about "home" from these links:

The "fight or flight" emotional response helps us understand how draining emotional responses can be, and in the end, being rational isn't just for your benefit.
It's about understanding the entire situation by considering multiple perspectives, so you can react more thoughtfully.
