Hi hi, I’m Heather! I’m a sucker for reality TV, good music, and working on myself while raising two little peanuts. They are my whole world, and I’m doing my best to juggle full-time work, full-time mom life, and somehow squeeze in a little time for myself (send help).

I’ve found that being a mom can feel overwhelming, isolating, and like a constant guessing game. Some days, I feel like I’m crushing it, and other days, I’m just trying to survive until bedtime. It’s easy to wonder, am I doing this right?! (Spoiler alert: we’re all just winging it.) That’s why I think it’s important to have a space where we can share, support, and navigate this wild ride together.

Hi! I’m Jess! love emojis, a little treat at the end of a meal and a good girls getaway. I am the luckiest girl mama to two little cuties who are always making me laugh, dance and cartwheel. When the going gets tough though, I like to remind myself that ‘they’re only this little once and are still learning’ and that usually buys me some patience.

I’m a full time working mom and part time cab service with direct routes to school/daycare, dance, acro, swimming and gymnastics. I work in digital media as a community reporter for the Edmonton Oilers and felt a podcast was the right fit for this stage of motherhood. I'm pretty much an open book and love sharing and relating to other moms who are more often than not, going through something similar <3
