Dr. Robin McCormick, Ed.S., LMFT

Dr. Robin is the Director of Clinical Operations at Bella Mental Health and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, along with master's degrees in Counselor Education/Marriage and Family from Stetson University and Sports Psychology from Capella University. Dr. Robin's clinical practice includes working with couples, families, individuals, athletes, and young adults. She employs an integrated therapeutic approach that combines psychoeducation, strength-based strategies, solution-focused techniques, and systemic therapies. As a co-host of Therapists Unhinged, Dr. Robin brings her extensive academic and clinical expertise to explore the complexities of mental health and personal development.

Nella Ciciulla-Albrecht, LMHC-QS, CCCE, CFMHE

Nella is the founder of Bella Mental Health and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a strong background in forensic psychology. She holds certifications as a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, Clinical Forensic Neuroscience-Informed Practitioner, and Child Custody Evaluator. Nella is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and Qualified Parent Coordinator. Her therapy approach is solution-focused, challenging clients' thought processes and behaviors to foster growth. In addition to her clinical work, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Florida Institute of Technology. On Therapists Unhinged, Nella brings her direct and insightful perspective to discussions on mental health and therapy.

Tajuna “TJ” Johnson, MSW

TJ is a registered clinical social work intern with a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She began her career as an elementary school social worker, focusing on students' social and emotional development. TJ specializes in stress management, anger management, substance use, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Her multidimensional therapy approach assesses clients' biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. TJ is passionate about empowering clients to build self-worth and improve communication. On the podcast, she offers relatable and transparent insights into personal growth and healing.
