Why is it so hard to maintain friendships when you have ADHD? In this episode of The Clarity Project, I sit down with one of my closest friends of over 10 years to talk honestly about the challenges, misunderstandings, and moments of growth we've experienced in our friendship. We dive into rejection sensitivity, inconsistent communication, emotional overwhelm, and how ADHD impacts relationships in ways people often don’t see. But we also talk about what’s helped us stay connected—and how real friendship can thrive when there’s understanding, patience, and honesty.
