Craig Castelli

Craig Castelli is the Founder and CEO of Caber Hill Advisors and host of the Caber Hill M&A Podcast. He launched Caber Hill in 2014 to solve a major challenge for business owners: the lack of experienced M&A advisors focused on small- and middle-market companies. With a client-first approach and expert team, Craig has built one of the most respected advisory firms in the space. With 20+ years of M&A, business development, and leadership experience, Craig has guided hundreds of business transitions across healthcare, business services, and beyond. His podcast offers technical insight and real-world perspective drawn from years in the field. Earlier in his career, Craig held leadership roles at Bridge Ventures and Siemens Healthcare. He holds a BBA from Marquette University, is a Certified Transaction Advisor, and serves on several nonprofit boards. Based in Chicago, Craig enjoys skiing, running, and chasing his kids—or golf balls—on the weekends.

Amir Hadar

Amir brings years of leadership experience across companies of all sizes. He previously served as CEO of one of the largest manufacturer-owned retail hearing aid chains in the United States. In early 2014, he co-founded Hearing Health USA, which quickly earned recognition as one of the fastest-growing and largest privately held retail networks in the hearing aid industry. In 2019, his organization, Belsono/Hearing Health USA, merged with and was later fully acquired by a private equity firm.

Currently, Amir is the co-founder of Mountain Lakes Management, LLC, where he leads strategic initiatives across the hearing healthcare, real estate, and automotive sectors. MLM Hearing now stands at the forefront of these efforts.

Brian Ludden

Brian Ludden is the founder and CEO of LUDEX and has a distinguished career marked by entrepreneurial endeavors and inspirational leadership. Brian has always attracted the highest level of talent, developing winning teams to scale successful businesses. His passion and love for card-collecting began in his early childhood and extended beyond his college baseball career.

Relying on his background as a successful trader, one who opened and managed high-profile firms, he is driven to provide innovative solutions to the card-collecting space.

Brian graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Finance. He is a member of the Chicago Board Exchange, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, as well as the Chicago Board of Trade. Additionally, he has served on the board of several non-profits, including Urban Options and has consulted for inner-city youth athletic programs. Brian currently sits on the board of The Giving Project, a non-profit organization.
