David Strosnider
David is a member of the Executive Compensation and Governance Practice Group. He advises clients across industries on executive compensation, employee benefits and employment law issues related to public and private M&A and private equity transactions.
His practice includes representing compensation committees, companies, senior executives and management teams in the negotiation and structuring of employment and severance agreements, equity arrangements, rollover equity, cash incentives and change in control agreements.
David also advises public and private companies on corporate governance, pay practices, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, equity compensation arrangements and related tax matters. He also counsels public clients on securities disclosures and Dodd-Frank compliance.
David previously practiced in the employee benefits and executive compensation groups of national law firms and has spoken and written widely on related topics.
