UR a CURE- Inner Power
This podcast is for everyone who went through a tough childhood and wants to understand themselves more.
My name’s Justyna and I am originally from Poland but living in Ireland for about 20 years. I went through Adult children of alcoholics (ACOA) therapy, but the REAL transformation started when I became more aware of my thoughts, emotions and reactions. Only when I turned to silence, I heard my inner child who needed a lot of love and support.
I am a life coach, reiki master and medium in training :) who help others reconnect with their inner power and remember who they truly are. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been an empathetic, intuitive person. I tend to feel others before I even see them.
In this podcast I will cover topics around trauma healing, changing your programming and self-love and many, many, more. I am sharing my personal experiences with how I managed to transform my life.
I want to hear from you if:
You've experienced a profound personal breakthrough
You've healed childhood wounds, broken generational patterns, or transformed your relationship with yourself
You can articulate not just what changed, but how you made that change happen
Your story could help someone who's currently stuck where you once were
This isn't about having a "perfect" story. It's about being real, vulnerable, and willing to show others that transformation is possible—even when it feels impossible.
Topics I'm passionate about exploring:
Adult children of alcoholics healing
Inner child work and reparenting yourself
Breaking free from codependency
Moving from victim to creator
Spiritual awakening through trauma
Finding your authentic self beneath the roles you've played
Not interested in:
Sales pitches
Superficial "success stories"
Promotion-focused conversations
If your story could be the permission someone else needs to start their own healing journey, send me a direct message. Let's create a conversation that matters.
Because your breakthrough? It might be exactly what someone else needs to believe theirs is possible too.
UR a CURE- Inner Power
The hidden emotional cycle powering all non substance addictions
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Most addictions aren’t just about substances—they’re about the compulsive emotions we chase and the cycle that keeps us trapped. What if breaking free means you need to understand the roots of your repeated patterns, often linked to childhood trauma and emotional overload? Discover the surprising truth about addiction as a cycle fueled by chemical reactions in your brain—and how to transform it from the inside out.
In this eye-opening episode, Justyna Lyzwa reveals how dysfunctional family patterns create emotional “triggers” that keep us stuck in destructive habits like overeating, excessive phone use, or gambling—without relying on substances. You'll learn how excitement and guilt cycle repeatedly, reinforcing feelings of failure, and why changing the habit itself isn’t enough. Instead, the key lies in calming your nervous system, understanding your past, and practicing radical self-compassion.
We break down:
How childhood experiences shape your addiction cycle and why emotional overload drives repeat behavior.
The role of chemical substances produced by emotions and how they create addictive patterns.
Practical steps to break free, including introducing boredom consciously, setting intentional boundaries, and embracing silence.
Why self-love and patience are your most powerful tools in rewiring your brain’s response to stress and cravings.
The importance of disconnecting from overwhelming media and creating space for inner calm in a constantly noisy world.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in a pattern you can’t shake, or if you want to understand addiction on a deeper level—beyond the surface—this episode offers transformative insights. Learn how to rewrite the emotional scripts that hold you hostage, so you can reclaim peace, confidence, and lasting change.
Perfect for anyone ready to break free from destructive habits, understand their subconscious triggers, and cultivate a loving relationship with themselves. Shift from reacting to your past to consciously creating a healthier future.
