Into The Shadows
This is a space for those who feel deeply, who have known pain and longing, and are ready to meet the parts of themselves they've kept hidden.
Here, we slow down and listen-to the body, to the earth, and to the dreams that speak in symbols and story. Through shadow work, dreamwork, and the art of inner alchemy, we begin to remember what's been forgotten-your wholeness, your fire, your truth.
I'll share stories and reflections from my own journey of healing and reclamation. Together, we learn to listen to our inner world, follow the wisdom in dreams, and allow what's been buried to become something sacred. When we return to ourselves, we begin to change the world around us.

We all wear masks—some to survive, some to be loved, some to keep the peace. In this episode, I explore the personal, cultural, and archetypal masks that disconnect us from our truth, and the cost of living behind them.
I share a powerful dream of a shapeshifter that revealed my own mask—born from childhood trauma, reinforced by emotional abuse, and sustained by a culture that rewards performance over presence. We’ll explore Jung’s concept of the persona, the shadow side of the shapeshifter archetype, and how these masks shape our relationships, self-worth, and freedom.
Through story, dreamwork, and reflection, I open a conversation about what happens when we finally take the mask off—and the life, voice, and authenticity waiting beneath it.
