Into The Shadows
This is a space for those who feel deeply, who have known pain and longing, and are ready to meet the parts of themselves they've kept hidden.
Here, we slow down and listen-to the body, to the earth, and to the dreams that speak in symbols and story. Through shadow work, dreamwork, and the art of inner alchemy, we begin to remember what's been forgotten-your wholeness, your fire, your truth.
I'll share stories and reflections from my own journey of healing and reclamation. Together, we learn to listen to our inner world, follow the wisdom in dreams, and allow what's been buried to become something sacred. When we return to ourselves, we begin to change the world around us.

Who Stole My Voice

For years, I lived without a voice — silenced by abuse, gaslighting, and the fear of being exiled for telling the truth. In this raw and personal episode, I share how my voice was stolen by family dysfunction, narcissistic relationships, and the patriarchal structures that tried to erase me.
I talk about growing up in a Mormon home with a narcissistic father, codependent and narcissistic sisters, and the role of the family scapegoat — the one who names the truth and gets punished for it. I share the years of freezing, self-doubt, and isolation that followed, and the slow, ongoing “thaw” that has brought me back to my truth.
This is a story about reclamation — about speaking anyway, even when your voice shakes. About remembering that your voice, your joy, your body, your yes, and your no are all sacred. My hope is that in hearing my story, you find the courage to speak yours.
