Sara Banta joins Stephanie Gambetta for an eye-opening conversation about peptides, GLP-1 medications, liver health, thyroid function, and why the foundation of your health matters before adding any new treatment or supplement. Sara shares the personal health journey that inspired her supplement company, the challenges her family faced, and what she learned while helping her children overcome serious health issues. Together, they discuss why some people experience histamine reactions to peptides, the role of liver function in getting results, how to simplify your supplement routine, and why nutrition, blood work, and metabolic health should come before chasing the next wellness trend. If you've ever wondered why peptides or GLP-1s aren't giving you the results you expected, this episode offers a thoughtful perspective on building a healthier body from the inside out.

Welcome to Loot Podcast. The content shared here is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Throughout the show, I'll be sharing my own story and personal wellness tools and hacks that have worked for me and my guests will share what's worked for them. These conversations are based on personal experience and are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult your healthcare provider before sharing any new treatment, supplement, or wellness routine. We'll be exploring mostly peptide-related therapies and other emerging health tools. But remember, everyone's health needs are different, and what works for one person may not be right for another. By listening, you agree that neither I nor any guests in this podcast is offering personalized medical advice. Thank you for being here and let's keep learning and growing together. Welcome to Luke Podcast, where we dive deep into all things health, wellness, and fitness. Plus the fascinating world of peptides. Each episode, we bring you insights from experts and guests from across the industry to help you optimize your health and longevity. I'm your host, Steph. Now let's jump in. So no further ado, before we introduce my guest Sarah, I want to do my little life update, a little bit more about Loop and kind of the addition that I'm adding before every podcast. Good news is I got my Instagram back. So that's very exciting. And um you'll slowly start to see me updating things. And I talked about it before my other interview in my other podcast. It's so strange being off. It's also stranger being back on. I actually said to my boyfriend this morning, like, it gives me a little anxiety. I don't know. It's a very interesting relationship, something I'll probably talk more about. But I feel grateful. I miss my community. I'm back on sharing as much as I can. But what I'm really focusing on right now is my coaching calls. It is what I'm passionate about. It is what I find is I think the most helpful for our different clients. When you have a 45-minute detailed call with me, not only do we go over your lifestyle, your goals, your health, and then we suggest peptides and create a plan. A lot of it is really just focusing on kind of what's working, what's not working, where do you want to go? If you have blood work, we get it with our doctor. But I think it's really important not just to get on peptides and willy nilly it, right? And just say, oh, I think I want to do that, or I've heard about this. You really need to understand that it's not a one size fits all. And oftentimes, if you have underlying health issues, the peptides won't work as well. So oftentimes when I work with a client, we're seeing what hadn't worked when they've just kind of gotten on peptides. And then we create a system and an environment within the body that allows the peptides to really work and then they find success. So if you're one of those girlies who has tried a GLP or tried peptides and they have not worked, I highly, highly suggest you book a call with myself, my doctor. I've just onboarded nine other coaches that will be there for your support. And it's worth the investment to really understand what you're doing. Oftentimes I'll have someone do the same stack for two different rounds, which means they'll do it for three months. Oftentimes they'll get off most of their peptides, except for maybe their GLP microdose, and they'll do the exact same round the next time. So you don't need a coach that's like a therapist or someone that you're working with every week or every month. I really do my best to kind of get you going. I hold your hand a little bit the first month, but once you're off to the races, you really don't check back in until nine months or nine weeks later when you're ready to look at your next stack. With our Loop Health app, you'll also have like so much opportunity to really dive into our chat groups, get supported, hear what other people are experiencing on the peptide. And that way it's basically a lifestyle and a full experience. So just wanted to jump on and talk about that. We're gonna offer a discount code on all my coaching, a 20% off link. And if you're ever interested in jumping off, get to know me better, I'll get to know you better. That's a great way just to start your journey. And then I want to end it last of kind of like what peptide am I enjoying the most this summer? Well, what's interesting is I am off of most of my stack. So what I'm on right now is a micro dose of a GLP. I'm on CMAX for my brain. I am on thymus alpha one because of kind of the travel and NAD. That's you know, but I'm off a ton of other ones while I implemented some new ones kind of in here. I'm definitely on a bigger cycle off than I normally am. But um, oh, I'm on sloop and five amino one. I think that's what I want to talk about right now. Sloop and 5 amino one, I find extremely helpful if you're not in your routine, you're not exercising as much, you still want to support your mitochondria and your metabolism and your insulin resistance. Um, they're kind of called exercise in a bottle. They pair very well together. I like that they're oral. So when they are traveling, I sometimes am not bringing my GLP with me. It's just easier to have that, those combinations to support me because it's an oral form. So I am on that. I haven't been on it for a while and I think my body's really liking it. I do find that it does really work well with my metabolism and my energy and my insulin resistance. So when I'm not doing a mitochondria reset stack, which I like to do three or four times a year, I tend to maintain with NAD plus and also with Five Amino One and Sloop. And I like the combination of them together. So anywhere more on that, you can find that at theloopway.com. And you can also ask me on a coaching call if you have it. So, and no further ado, let's welcome Sarah to the podcast. All right, Sarah, I'm so excited to have you on the Loop Way podcast. It's really fun for me when I have a like-minded woman on that not only do I get to learn a lot, but then I can share with my listeners just like, you know, a similar perspective, but different. And I think at the end of the day, us really wanting to help women is at the root of who we are and what we like what lights us up and also just treating what the root causes of something and not just going around in circles and especially in the supplement world, which we're gonna dive into because that's your specialty. And congratulations, what like a badass you are on your company. I mean, tell us about it. I mean, I in a whole intro, they know all about you, but tell from your perspective, how did you get into this industry?

SPEAKER_00

I did not know I was gonna be where I am. Um, I, you know, graduated from college and thought I was going to be a stockbroker. I was gonna maybe be in real estate. And I did both of those. And then I was a mom. I always had digestive issues. I always was very, very particular with what I ate because some sometimes things didn't feel good. And I think I just had leaky gut and gut issues way before everyone else did. And fast forward to I was had my three kids, pregnancy completely depleted me at my rock bottom. I had Crohn's disease, IBS, um, PCOS, heavy metal toxicity. I was starting to get wrinkles, but still hadn't gotten rid of my teenage acne, my hair was falling out. And I went to the GI doctor, they put tubes up me, down me, around me, and they said, Oh, you got IBS, go taste it, take some metamucile. And I go, You don't think I've already tried that?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So I then went to who my natural practitioner and now my and my mentor and now my formulator, um, where he scanned me with a SCO machine, a scalar technology machine, scans your body for 10,000 things. And when he looked at the screen, he said, Sarah, I don't know how you had the energy to even walk into my my uh office, and it's pure willpower, and it's my type A personality that kept me going with no energy. And he started peeling my me like an onion, and we started taking care of the big things. I had people in my life saying, Oh, you're depressed, you need Prozac. I'm like, No, I'm not depressed, I just have no energy. My body is not working for me, my brain is not working for me. So we started healing me, but as we were doing that, my my three kids were what, five, seven, and nine. My eldest Jackson was a nine-year-old, and he went from being the typical boy kid to then not having energy at school. His grades started slipping, he was having headaches. I would go work in the class every week, and I saw him just like this, like looking down, going, I do I can't even put together what I'm supposed to do on the assignment they were doing. And it was so disheartening to me because I, yes, expected my kids to perform and do well. And um, so we took him to my practitioner, and my practitioner did not want to tell me what was on the screen. So he said, I want you to go get him a live blood cell um test and a blood and labs, and he goes, Don't uh put it through insurance. And he didn't tell me why. So I went to the live blood cell where they put the blood underneath the microscope. You look at it, and uh, the lady who was not like my mentor, quiet and nice about things, she was very blunt. She said, Your son has leukemia. If you don't do about anything about it right now, we are gonna have a serious issue very soon. And I just started crying and welling up. And Jackson, this little nine-year-old boy, he is such an old soul. He looks up at me and he goes, Mom, why are you crying? You're gonna fix me. And it was at that point that I go, Oh my God, you're right. I I'm going to. And so my health kind of took the backseat because our kids are the most important thing.

SPEAKER_01

And my gosh, I can't imagine the amount of stress you had on you. Like as you're trying to heal yourself, getting delivered that news from your child.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my gosh. Yeah. It was it was a big plate. And I just looked up at God and I go, okay, God, what are you gonna do with this? I don't know what we're doing here. So I had one supplement at the time, and that was the accelerated silver. And silver has been known for thousands of years for being antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic with no um damage to the gut lining or anything like that. And so that was literally all I had, the only tool I had. And I still didn't really understand food. I didn't understand organic, I didn't understand the microwave was bad. I was doing all the wrong things. I tell Jackson all the time, I'm like, I should have been put in jail for what the mistakes I made with you. And your sisters can thank you for um saving them from my mistakes that I but remember there's no handbook on being a parent, so go a little easy on yourself.

SPEAKER_01

At least I tell myself that.

SPEAKER_00

Well, I think my life journey now is to make up for it and make sure he's the healthiest boy ever. So after a year, I saw my son coming back. I saw his energy for practice to come back from not wanting to go to a stroked 20-minute swim lesson to now wanting to do not just baseball practice, but water polo practice all on the same day. And I thought, okay, I think he's getting better, but I didn't trust until we went back to get him tested. And the same blunt lady sees his blood and goes, Mom, you, I don't know what you're doing, but not only are the cancer cells gone, but this is the most beautiful blood I've ever seen. All the cells are nice and dark and plump and spread out. There's no acidity, there's no fungus, there's no, there's no sign of pathogens, let alone the cancer. And as I'm talking, I just want to make sure that this was my decision. I don't recommend that you don't go the traditional route. I don't want to put that out there. But when this happened, I started like tearing up and laughing at the same time. And Jackson looks at me again and he goes, Mom, I don't know why you're surprised. I knew you were gonna fix me. And old soul. That boy is now 23, and he literally is looking for a job where he doesn't have to sit in an office all day because he has so much energy. He he will go to the gym, he will go for a hike, he will go surfing all in the same day. And he appreciates his body, he doesn't take it for granted, he takes his supplements, he eats the right food through college. His friends would go to In N Out and McDonald's and he would not eat or have his little snack pack with him just to make sure that he was doing the right thing. And and and I wasn't there to tell him what to do or what not to do. But, you know, as that was the beginning. And so I knew I had something in hand. I knew this accelerated silver was more powerful than just, you know, helping with the sore throat or the little cold bug that you might get. And as I started learning more about supplements and more about the body is a miracle, we have all of these things that are being uh hijacking our health right now. We've got modern toxicity, fluoride in the water, bromide, chlorine, heavy metals, microplastics, and even you and I, Stephanie, we are in a bubble here in Newport Beach, but we're still getting sprayed on. We're still, you know, getting organic vegetables that are wrapped in plastic. We still have um things that we're fighting. And I have had other issues along the way, and I can go into them as well. But as I was moving along in this journey, I was so thirsty for knowledge. My mentor just kept feeding me um knowledge to learn on ancient Aervedic medicine, Chinese medicine, but then also the advanced nutraceuticals that are out there, and then scalar technology. So the machine that diagnosed me based on scalar frequency, that same type of frequency we add into our supplements. So it's not just uh uh the raw materials of the actual ingredients, but we enhance it with these frequencies that tell those nutrients where to go, how to work, and become a lot more efficient. But during my journey, you know, my other daughter, she didn't have cancer, but she had anema, anemia, allergies, asthma. I always joke that at the age of four, I loved her because she was my child, but I did not like her. She made my life so I know how that is. She would not get dressed, she would become, we called her the noodle because she had no energy to do anything. That girl now is six feet tall. She rode um at USC. So one of the hardest sports ever, that a child with uh that wouldn't want to get on a bicycle for a family bike ride has the energy to do four to six hour practices um at the collegiate level. And she's thriving. And then my youngest um, she was the most healthy because I knew the most, right? Because I I was didn't vaccinate her. I also was feeding her better foods and and learned what I learned from all the mistakes I made on the the first two. But she had issues with absorbing what she was reading. She wasn't dyslexic, she wasn't ADHD, no one could diagnose her, but she literally, I'll never forget the day. Now, mind you, both of my two older kids, high readers, they were progressing really well in school. And so for a child not to be able to read was it was foreign to me. I didn't know what to do. Another point in life where I'm like, God, uh help. I don't know what I'm supposed to do here. And she would sit there and go, Mom, I read the words, but they don't make sense. And I go, Oh my God, if she can't read, she's good at math, but she's not gonna be able to read the math problems. She's not gonna be able to read her social studies. Like, what is gonna go on here? I didn't understand what I was supposed to do with this. So through diet and supplements, and then also relieving her stress so that she could actually enjoy and not have this stress nervous system bundle that would come up around her when she was reading. She is she got you know close to straight A's in high school and honors classes and is now at Boston University rowing and thriving. And um that all of these things taught me that whatever challenges someone is going through, there's a reason. They're to strengthen the muscles that you need for the next step. Just like we go to the gym to strengthen our muscles. We need to strengthen whatever weakness we have in us to overcome something that's gonna come along at a at another point in time. And you know, you fast forward to um high school, Jackson was now an athlete. He was rowing and he was at the national level and he was about to um hit make a hit a national record in rowing. And but during that journey, during that year of when he was training, his heart was stopping. And when I say it was stopping, his heart was stopping. We went to three cardiologists, the cardiologist said he's totally fine, his heart's in good shape. There was a night where at two in the morning I heard pounding on the wall, and I run into his room and he's in his bathroom, pounding on the wall, trying to get my attention, and then he was pounding on his chest to get his his heart to start going again. And 30 seconds of not pumping felt like an eternity. And when we got it going again, we were sitting on his bed together, and he looks at me and he goes, Mom, we did it before, and we're gonna do it again. We're gonna figure this out. And I said, You're right. And it was pretty simple. The issue, he was training like an Olympic athlete, but he was not supplementing like an Olympic athlete. He had low electrolytes, low salt and minerals for his heart, and the the heart is an electrical machine, and so it's just those little things that kept spurring us on. And we've had issues during the pandemic where we weren't vaccinated, but everyone, I don't care where you live, who you are, even if you're under a rock, we all have the spike protein in us, and that can do a lot of things, cause more inflammation, histamine response, irregular periods, horrible PMS, horrible menopausal symptoms. And my youngest was um, you know, she was the typical girl who would get cramps when her period would come and she'd take an advil and go to school. But she was exposed to COVID and didn't get sick. But since that moment, her cycles went from a pain level of a six to a 12. She was throwing up, yelling at me, telling me to hit her so she could pass out because the pain was so unbearable. She spent a summer in the um in a room and she couldn't eat because she was so nauseous. And this is this is what I want to get into lead into what we're gonna talk about today, is the doctor wanted to put her on hormones on progesterone. Now that makes sense because she's low progesterone, but her liver was so backed up because of the what the spike protein does to your liver, that the body and the liver couldn't process the hormone. So it actually made her worse. And this is why some people don't respond to peptides, some people don't respond to HRP because their livers are not in a good place. And so once we figured out how to cleanse her liver and boost her immune system, get rid of the spike protein out of her body, her periods are back to being tolerable. And her appetite obviously is back to normal. So all of these little things were were little lessons of not just how to heal my family, but if it's happening in my house, it's happening across the world.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you've had a lot that I don't think you I don't think the amount that you've had. I mean, I've got six kids, and we don't have remotely any of those stories. So God bless you, because you've been through a lot. My gosh.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, and I haven't even talked about me and my parasite infection.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, that was I mean, I do, it's interesting. I do get as a coach, it um, and I'm very much about looking under the hood, and I'm very much about labs and Dutch tests, and you know, the more we can understand why someone's not feeling good. All right, podcast listeners, we've got so much to talk about. My gosh, the fall actually is right behind us, or I guess right in front of us, I should say, not behind us. And we are working on our IRLs and my retreat. So we are gonna be doing an IRL in Newport Beach at the Pendry on September 20th. So excited, the weather's so good. Lori and I are gonna be providing a great workout with you guys. I've got some special guests leading the workouts, as well as our new swag. Lots of gifts, lots of vendors, and it's always a good time to just get our community together. And then Dallas Girlies, we have one on October 3rd. New location, new venue. It's gonna be fantastic. And then I'm also gonna be doing my retreat and ask. And a lot of you have been asking about it. I was kind of back and forth. That I was gonna do it only because I've been so busy, and then I'm like, you know what? Like, that's my heart and soul. I love this retreat. It's only 12 people, it's very intimate, but it's gonna be a ton of not only peptide knowledge, but we're gonna bring in some other guests, lots of activities, enjoy aspirin, really good food, and just really get to know one another. I think what was cool about my first retreat, if those of you who followed along, is I created a loop group after, and they're all really good friends. A lot of them are actually my coaches now. So if it's something that you're interested in meeting other like-minded women, taking care of yourself, deep diving into peptides and a few other surprises, it's a really, really great three-night experience and four days in Aspen in the fall. It's awesome. There'll be much more to come on that. Sometimes peptides are an easy fix for people, but like you said, oftentimes they I have clients that come in who have no business being on GLPs or any of these actually really intense peptides. Because, like, like you said, with your daughter, she couldn't handle the progesterone because of her liver. And so I see a lot of that where a client will come in not feeling good, feeling worse on the peptide, wondering why either it's not working or why they're just flatlined. And then once we get into it, and like very similar to what you the work you do is how do we build up other pieces of their body so they actually can tolerate it and you can deal with the root cause of the issue versus everything else by throwing gasoline on a fire.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I I explain it that you know, here you are, you're being you're the peptide's telling you to build a house. It's got the blueprint, but there's no wood, there's no foundation. And I love peptides. I think the world of peptides is miraculous and it's so promising, and we're only in the beginning stages of it. But I seen in people around me inject and have huge histamine responses, have um just nausea, and and then maybe they just don't work, they're not doing anything. So, number one, we're in this world of high histamines.

SPEAKER_01

We've got Yeah, will you dive into that a little bit for our listener? Like, I know obviously what a histamine response is, but maybe explain a little bit what a histamine response is and why we're in a world that has such an issue with having histamine responses.

SPEAKER_00

So, histamine, you think of it as sneezing or runny nose or running eyes, but you could be sneezing on the inside. Histamine is those mast cells that are having an over-exaggerated response. Now, one thing that people don't realize is that this these peptides stimulate mast cells, they trigger histamine release independent of any allergy. Now that's fine if you've got a regulated immune system and a regulated histamine response. People undiagnosed with undiagnosed MCAS, mast cell activation syndrome or histamine intolerance are especially vulnerable and their buckets already full. So I've seen people where they're taking tesamorin week after week after week, no response. And then all of a sudden they have this huge response where their throat's uh closing up or their tongue swelling, they're shaking, they're getting rashes all over. And it's like, well, is this a bad batch? No, it's the same shot that you've been taking, and it's the body's bucket was full. It was like, it is like, I'm done, I'm out, I can't do anymore. Yep, having it shows up as well. And then you can have racing heart, itching, headaches, brain fog, anxiety, nasal congestion. And a lot of people think, well, there's something wrong with the peptide. No, now most of us, I've never had histamine or allergy issues in my life. I was not the child that I had other issues, but we're in an environment today where that spike protein has increased the histamine response. It's increased overall inflammation, all of that is regulated by your liver. So the root cause, poor DAO enzyme production, gut dysbiosis, SIBO, leaky gut, most people are walking around with leaky gut. And this is where, as a foundation, I always look to iodine because iodine's the number one antihistamine. You can always use quercetin and some other things too. But people that are supplementing with the accelerodine iodine, you are reducing the mast cell hyperactivity directly. And this is this is a mandatory supplement. If anyone comes to me and says, I want to do a peptide, I say you've got to address your your iodine status, your thyroid, and your liver. And then I'll then I'll okay it. Um so that is number one. With when you have the flushing or the welts or the bloating or the anxiety, that is that is your histamine response. So things to know are all peptides are high, they trigger a histamine response. GHK is actually antihistamine because the histidyne in it. So that is the one that isn't. But this is a histamine reaction, it is not proof that the peptide is bad. It's proof that your terrain is not ready for it, right? And you also have to look at the liver. The liver handles the clearance of peptide byproducts alongside its normal detox loads, the hormones, the bad estrogens, the environmental toxins, the medications, the alcohols, and signs that your liver is already low overloaded, fatty liver disease. Over 50% of the United States adults have fatty liver. 25% of our children have fatty liver disease. Or you have elevated liver enzymes, poor bile flow. That bile is the detergent to get all those toxins out of the body. If you don't have good bile, which can actually go down in perimenopause and menopause. So a lot of women will go, why am I not having my bowel movements like I used to? Why am I feeling more sluggish down there? You'll have constipation, skin breakouts, um, just sluggish digestion after fatty meals. Those are all signs your liver needs some help. What is your and the bile flow is that rate limiting step? The um we came out with accelerated liver care um at another God timing moment in my life when I had an overwhelmed liver from the spike protein, from a parasite infection, Stephanie, where I had thousands of little worms, little little like looks like little pieces of rice crawling out of my skin, out of my neck, out of my trunk. I couldn't wear a bra. I couldn't, yeah. It was absolutely disgusting. I would not let my husband see me naked for that period of time. And I, if you go back a year and a half or so, and you watch my podcast, I'm wearing turtlenecks because it was in my neck, and I was not wearing a bra. I couldn't wear a bra because it was very itchy. And the way parasites work, so my liver was overloaded, it couldn't handle an infection. And the parasites, the bad guys took over the good guys. We all have parasites, but they place nice in the sandbox with the bacteria, the fungus, and all the good, the good guys down there. But when the bad guys take over, and this was also triggered by taking ivermectin, because I thought, well, let's be pre preemptive on this. And but what people don't know is that ivermectin can kill off some parasites, but it can actually explode others. And then that is also very hard on your liver. So I had that going on, and then that also allowed a breakout of shingles, and the shingles virus was protected by the what's called the chitin wall of the parasites. So parasites have this wall that is like a lobster shell, so it it can't think your immune system can't get into it because it's hard. What I came out with was a supplement for parasites, it's called accelerated paracleanse to break down that wall so your immune system can go in. But back to the liver, this all happened during that period where I had my liver enzymes tested and they're supposed to be around 20 or below. Mine were 700 because my liver was just rocked. And at that time, we launched accelerated liver care, and I thought, okay, God, I'm gonna see if my own supplement works on me. Within two weeks, my liver enzymes were down.

SPEAKER_01

You suggest that everybody does this just even as a maintenance because it's so and children too.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I'm gonna try it.

SPEAKER_00

I even, yes, it is amazing, and it's super easy to do. The thing that you're gonna notice is it's not going to just do the silent stuff that you're not aware of. You're gonna actually have better bowel movements, less bloat, more energy. Because if your liver is blocked and overwhelmed, you you're not going to be able to convert your T4 inactive thyroid hormone into T3, your fat-burning metabolism, thyroid hormone. That all happens in the liver. You cannot talk about your thyroid and metabolism without talking about your liver, and vice versa. If your liver is sluggish, then everything's sluggish, including your thyroid. And if your thyroid's sluggish, everything is sluggish, including the functions of your liver. So the accelerated liver care, it's built around toca, which opens the bile ducts, reduces liver cell stress, and supports mitochondrial energy in the liver cells. But it also has 12 other ingredients, including something no one's heard about called palpereira, a rare herb from South America, that has studies on reducing cirrhosis and liver cancer. But we another thing that we do in all of our formulas, they don't have ingredients that we think are healthy that contain oxalates or sulfur elements, and those things can actually back up the liver. So oxalates would be like almonds, kale, spinach, berries, and oxalates actually are little toothpicks that go into the system, get stuck in your joints, cause arthritic pain. They love the thyroid, they'll slow down your thyroid, they'll cause brain fog. So when you are thinking you're healthy and you're gluten-free, and you're going for the almond milk and the almond butter and the almond um flour, you're loading your body with oxalates. You're doing your green drinks with spinach and kale loaded with oxalates. So do you not eat any of that? Um depends on my current state of health. So if you are fighting in infection or you're not in optimal health, then I don't touch any of those. When you're in a great state, you can handle some, you can handle the amount that nature intended. You don't go out and drink celery juice. You have celery. You know, the body is not meant, you know, we weren't juicing 400 years ago. There weren't juicers. You eat fruits and vegetables the way they're meant to be. And you have to think about it. Yes, when you're juicing something or you're eating a concentrated powder, a greens powder, yes, you're getting that concentrated amount of nutrients, but you're also now getting concentrated amounts of toxins and heavy metals that are naturally in the soils. So sometimes the it can backfire and your liver has to process all of that. So do you know the sulfur things like egg, uh, egg yolks, onions, garlic, I know they're my favorite. Um, let's see, spit uh broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, those all have sulfur compounds. Now, 30 years ago, those were super healthy foods, and our bodies have sulfur detox pathways. But what's wrong now is glyphosate has disrupted and hijacked that sulfur detox pathway. So you can actually have them back up your liver. And the reason I'm bringing up the sulfur is because for a lot of your women, they're taking a dim supplement to reduce that estrogen dominance. DIM is all sulfur vegetable based. So you could be having it actually backfire on you. And and in the accelerated liver care, we've put in something called calcium deglucurate that binds up the excess estrogen down in the gut away from the sulfur detox pathway in your liver. And this is this is a way to grab those those excess estrogens that we want to get out of our body. But the accelerated liver care is 13 synergistic herbs that are high quality because the other problem with the supplement industry is companies will throw in milk thistle on the label and just kind of fairy dust it into the formula where it's not enough to do anything, or the quality of the actual herb is not strong or doesn't have life force to it to actually have the power to move your detoxiness.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I'm glad I'm glad that you're talking about this because I talk about this a lot, is especially when I get pushback on peptides. Um, and then I I want to revisit this liver thing because I've got a couple questions. I think our audience would love to hear about it, and I personally want to know. But I think we're so used to just popping supplements and pills and the influencers doing this, like who's ever screaming the loudest on social media about a certain product or supplement, we take it not knowing a lot of what you're saying. What's in it? Where was it it produced, what capsule is it in? And we're taking this every single day, not knowing that it could be hurting us. And what you're saying makes complete sense. And the integrity of a supplement is extremely important, as is the integrity of a peptide.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, absolutely. And if your liver is not in a good spot, the peptides might backfire. But even if they don't backfire, you're not going to get the strength or the outcome you're looking for from it because your liver is not able to maximize the signal. Okay, so let's use an example.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, let's use an example for me. Like my liver's fine. It's not terrible, it's not amazing. How would I use your supplement? Like, what would you suggest for somebody who's saying, I don't have an issue, but it could definitely be better.

SPEAKER_00

So you take three to four capsules an hour before bed. I always recommend the accelerated cellular detox powder an hour after, right before bed, because you're stirring up toxins and then you need the binder to grab those toxins and get them out of your body. The detox powder is also amazing for gut inflammation, colitis, Crohn's disease, and just settling that stomach. People do say that they feel that they sleep better when they take the accelerated cellular detox powder. Now, if you are someone that wants to be do more of a therapeutic dose, you can take a second dose in the morning away from food. Um, I also love taking it with my accelerated fast, which is a supplement that can complement or be an alternative to GLPs, where it suppresses the appetite, gives you, puts you into ketosis. You do not have to be on a ketogenic diet, but helps you intermittent fast with energy. It increases your mitochondrial health and your your um your blood sugar stabilation stabilization and increases your ATP per cell per mitochondria. So that is something that you can take with the liver care in the morning. You know, I like to get up, I do my accelerodine iodine right when I wake up. I go make my coffee, and then we haven't talked about um your thyroid, right? We need to be, most people are running around with suboptimal thyroid. That's why they're reaching for the GLPs. They're working out, they're eating right, and nothing's working. It used to work, it's not working anymore. Where are these 10-15 pounds coming from? That's your thyroid. And so the accelerated thyroid complements the accelerodine iodine to provide the T3 and the T4 and the mechanisms, the cofactors to help with the conversion into the fat burning, um, fat oxidation, energy producing T3. It also, with those two, you're gonna see the brain fog lift, you're gonna see your hair start growing more, and you're gonna be able to do your workouts and have the energy for your kids and your spouse and and all the people in your life. So I'll take my accelerated thyroid, have my coffee, and then I take my accelerated fast that's gonna give me that great clean energy for a fasted workout. I'll throw in the liver care for my second dose, but then I also add in the accelerated aminos, which is amazing for your people on GLPs because we know that muscle loss is a risk, right? But the accelerated aminos is not just an amino acid supplement. And then back to our topic on the supplement industry in general. Before I created accelerated aminos, I was taking perfect aminos, and I'm gonna name it. I because when I started taking, I'm like, well, two calories, why am I feeling bloated? Why am I puffy? Why am I reacting to this supplement that's only supposed to be amino acids? There were fillers or something in there that my body did not like, and I had that response from a lot of people, and it it just shows that you can see what's on the label, and there might be other stuff in there. There might be bacteria and mold that's causing an inflammation response in my body. So when we came out with accelerated aminos, it wasn't just the amino acids in the typical essential amino acid supplement, but we put in cofactor ingredients to increase ATP production, increase mTOR through four different pathways. Why is that important? That is creating a signal to build muscle away from the amino acids. It's also an ingredient in there that increases growth hormone by 83%. What's that OKG, and then there's ingredients called the estrogen, which helps heal that leaky gut, so you're actually absorbing the nutrients 41% better than without it. So it's healing the leaky gut, so you're getting more bang for your buck from the essential amino acids and all the other ingredients in there. We also directly put HMB in there. HMB, you know, everyone talks about leucine. You need leucine to trigger the muscle protein synthesis. Well, it's actually leucine that has to convert into HMB to trigger that. So we have the leucine in there, but we also put in HMB to maintain the muscle that you've already built. So you're not breaking down your muscle from yesterday's workout and having to rebuild. You're building upon what you've already rebuilt. And the the the way we are using the ingredient Astrion, it's a patented formula, it actually makes your muscle cells younger. It is cleaning out the old muscle cells. So your your body's building new muscle as if you were your 20-year-old version of yourself. And I know that I was able to build muscle a lot easier at 20 than I am at 50. So this is where we have always wanted to, if if a supplement's perfect out there, if another company's making it, I don't touch it, right? There's a great magnesium I love from magnesium breakthrough, not going to touch that. Um, but when it came to essential amino acids, we wanted to create a formula that doesn't just help maintain muscle and fill in the protein gap, but it actually changes the body composition. It helps stimulate fat loss and muscle growth at the same time, and then it's healing the gut as well.

SPEAKER_01

All right, podcast listeners, we have Loop Health. It has launched our online app. I'm so excited. I'm proud. It's something where you are going to find where you have a community at your fingertips. So imagine all these different chat groups where you can go in and talk about your GLP is not working, men's help, menopause, brain, beauty, you name it. There's a place you can go in and not only talk to our coaches, our doctors, but our community in general, because peptides are not a one size fits all. We're gonna have blood work at cost, make it really easy, a place where you can actually input your peptides, figure out your how to reconstitute them. It'll give you a reminder of when to take them, when to reorder them, and everything is gonna be easy and at your fingertips. We'll have live reconstitution calls and just live chats in general on different topics. I'm gonna bring in guests, nutritionists, trainers, all of that. And I actually have my workouts. On my app now. So you can follow along with Brad in your own gym on your own, doing the exact same workout that I do, progressive overload that works. There's a men's and a woman's version. We keep it really simple for beginners, all the way to advanced lifters. So we're trying to create something for everybody. Every Loop Biolabs customer will get a free 45 days in the app to really experience it and jump in and realize that you don't have to actually take peptides alone. It's much better to do it in a community. So check it out. I'm a big believer in supplements myself. I mean, I take, I take a decent amount based on my blood work. A question I have you if I have a client that comes to you and kind of doesn't know where to start, are there bundles on your website where they're like, okay, yeah, like like I'm let's say I'm listening to you. I know my blood work, but I'd be like, okay, I like your morning routine. I think I want to support my liver. Yes. Um, for sure want to support my thyroid. Love the idea of a silver. I also have two teenage daughters. Can they go on the same bundle as me? Like, how would we navigate your site? Because there's so many great products on there without saying I need a doctor to kind of tell me what to do.

SPEAKER_00

I do free supplement protocols for people. They can fill out a form and email me with all their symptoms, describing their personality, even telling me about their relationships, because of course, stressors have a lot to do with it. And I do a recommendation. I always put things in priority because some people like to start with one supplement. Some people want to go jump all in and do all the supplements all from day one. And I never want someone to feel overwhelmed. I also have free group coaching because I want to make sure everyone is learning and taking control over their own health. Because most practitioners throw things at the patient and never say another word to them. And so they're stuck with this basket of supplements, they don't know what's doing what, they've forgotten what they were told, and they get overwhelmed and they go in the cupboard and they never get touched.

SPEAKER_01

Or they come every month and you don't want them. Because you have so many. You're like, ah, overflow.

SPEAKER_00

Right. Um, but I also have bundles for hormones or muscle building or lit my liver detox cleanse. When people want to, you know, they've got fatty liver and they need a full reset. They do the full liver flush where you are flushing out hundreds to thousands of gallstones into the toilet. Fantastic feeling. You feel so much lighter and like a whole new person when you do that. But we've got um, we've got different bundles for all different types of goals. I also love, I mean, with the peptides and the trending interest in those, I've got peptide supplement bundles to um support the peptide journey and make sure that they're getting the most out of their peptides.

SPEAKER_01

I love that. That's something I know my community would be very interested in as well. And maybe I'll test it with you and I'll be a client that comes through for um, you know, I I think I know what I want, but it'd be fun to kind of work with you and kind of see how these all play together, as well as my uh teenage daughters, because similar to you is, you know, you you see kind of what's going on, and mine have a lot of digestive issues or don't use the bathroom on a regular basis. And, you know, we're trying to do so many different things and what really works and what doesn't work, and it gets overwhelming too, right? And just when you have little people who don't want to take 20 pills, nor do I want to give them that, right? And you try to feed them healthy food, but they're teenagers, right? So they kind of learn for themselves, they watch me, but at the end of the day, you know, life is to be lived, and so it's that delicate balance.

SPEAKER_00

It is a balance because the stress over trying to do everything perfect is probably backfiring on your nervous system in anyway. And you want to you want to talk to your children, educating them, not putting fear into them, but making their bodies more resilient. And I think through supplementation, you are able to make them be able to live life, you know, do it healthily, but not overboard. Um, and you have to remember where my journey started was gut issues, IBS, chronic disease. So when you talk about constipation, I've got all the fixes for that.

SPEAKER_01

Ah, good, we're gonna get her with you. But I, you know what, I think to your point too, is it's so noisy, right? The supplement in the wellness industry in general, I believe it's just it's so noisy. I think people just got overconsumed, a 12-step process. And then you get on here and then you have the red light, and then like, oh my gosh, like I I was listening to somebody the other day going, I go to bed every my last meal's at four, and I I don't eat after that ever. And then I go to bed at the same time every day and wake up at the same time. And then she was telling the wellness thing, and I'm like, Do you have friends? Like, do you live in a bubble? You're telling me every day you're done eating at four, who eats with you? And I'm not saying like I am a I'm a big believer in AD20, and like I sometimes I'm not even that. We do the best we can, but I think what I'm excited to learn from you, which I can share with my community, is like, how do you take something and keep it simple? Because if I had a dollar for every client that comes through my door who has like a tray of supplements, including myself, it's expensive, it's overwhelming, and like there's only so many you can take. Like, I would never put someone on seven peptides. Like, you're not a pincushion. So I think where do you direct people saying, like, yeah, there's a disim, there's a different system that we can do, but you're not, you don't have to be in 12 things to actually solve your problem.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, no, and you have to remember all of those supplements that you're taking, your liver has to process. Yes. So you're putting more demand on your liver. So I always start with the thyroid in the liver. When you fix those two things, most issues fall into line. So accelerodine, iodine, accelerated thyroid, accelerated liver care. Those are the three foundational supplements for 99% of people out there. And then when your body has enough ATP and cellular energy, it's going to do a lot of the other things for you. So you don't need the other supplements. You everyone's just wanting energy. Yeah, they're reaching for supplements to get their brain fog to go away, to get their hair to grow. Well, why is your hair not growing? Because your body doesn't care how you look. Right. I say that all the time. Right. If your gut isn't working and if you're totally stressed out. So when you get your nervous system calmed down and your detox pathways opened up and your cells have energy, they're gonna say, Oh, I have more energy, I can start growing that hair back again. So you you're not you don't necessarily need the hair supplement or the special $80 shampoo that you're trying to keep that hair from falling out. Now that's the basis. Now, if you have diabetes or fatty liver disease, or you've got an autoimmune issue, or you've got inflammation. Most diseases are related to inflammation. Yeah. This is also where I have my free accelerated food guide, and we can put it in the the donuts. Um, it's totally free. But this was a game changer for me on my journey was I was doing all the right things. I had learned about the supplements. I was taking all my supplements, but I was bloated. It did not make sense. And I learned about the sulfur and the oxalates, and I was looking at my every night for dinner, I was having a huge, we always uh my family laughs because they were so good. I would make this this cookie she of shredded cabbage and cauliflower and onions and garlic and put a little layer of cheese on it, organic cheese. It all sounded great, it was all low carb, all keto, all all the great things, but it was a big sulfur bomb. And I learned that I can't have sulfur foods. I took it out, and within 24 hours the blow was gone. I'm like, oh, okay, well, I guess I'm not eating that anything.

SPEAKER_01

Interesting to your point, because I'm a creature of habit in this way, and I think a lot of clients are too, is like as women, especially, you kind of have your go-to things that you're eating, right? You're like, okay, this is kind of I know they're healthy, or I think they're healthy, right? Quote, air quotes. And from everything I read, and they're a vegetable or what, and we're doing them on repeat, right? And then later on you learn similar to you, it's like, oh my God, I'm allergic and I'm eating it every single day. Or like, how do you mix your diet up or just pay attention? Like, okay, if I eliminate something, do I feel better versus having it in? And I think we're moving so fast sometimes, and I can only I can speak for myself, it's only when you're like really, really sick or you have an issue, or your blood work's out of control, or your gut or you're bloated that you're like, okay, what is not working? And it's usually something that is so simple, or you think it's healthy and it's not.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I always say if the scale is up two pounds tomorrow morning, it's not because you gained two pounds of fat. Your body did not like what you ate last night. And be intuitive. I just went through another another. I contract in giardia. And if you guys think that parasites and these bacteria are just in third world countries, they're not because I haven't traveled outside the country. Um, anyways, through that experience, I was really nauseous. And I love salads, I love vegetables. My main focus is wild animal protein, bison, elk, deer, wild fish. Those are my go-to meats. But when I was nauseous, I'm like, I cannot touch a salad, I cannot touch vegetables. And I actually just saw my mentor yesterday, and she's like, You can't have fiber right now. You cannot have salads or vegetables. I'm like, oh gosh. Okay, so this is where a good example of my current state of health. Am I forever not eating salads? No. But for right now, as my gut is healing after the infection, I have to stick to more of a high protein. I can throw in some fruits like cherries, watermelon, papaya, those sorts of things, but no citrus. And we're getting into the weeds here, but it really, I intuitively knew that I wasn't gonna that I shouldn't have it because I was getting nauseous and it wasn't tasting good. Right. So, my point in saying that for us that are creatures of habit, trying to do the healthy things day after day after day, listen to your intuition. Your body is your best doctor. If you're bloated, constipated, puffy, you can't take your rings off your fingers, your body's telling you something. And something that was working for the last three weeks might not work this week. And you might be able to go back to it. But your body is telling you, it is giving you symptoms and signs.

SPEAKER_01

I love that. And it's to listen, right? At the end of the day. And I really mean I'm excited to try your products, to be honest. We're gonna we're gonna work together because then I like I like to share it and get you on our loop health app too. Because we do a lot of, we're gonna do a lot of lives and bring guests in. But I'm excited to really learn about your products because I do find the supplement industry for most people very, very confusing. And it's kind of like whoever has the most marketing money wins. And that's not necessarily the case. And so your approach, and very similar to me, you know, when a woman entrepreneur creates a business or a product, oftentimes it's because they're solving something that they didn't have for themselves. Right. And it sounds like you've done a really good job of saying, like, hey, listen, like I've been sick, my kids have been sick. How did I heal myself? And why wouldn't we share it? Because we just want to feel good. And the energy, same thing. If every, almost every female client that comes to me, not the men as much, say, I'm so tired, you know. And I had that. And he looked at my antioxidant levels, and of course, between the stress and the pollutants and whatnot, they were like off, you know, the red on my blood work test was just going, like, wait, I thought I was healthy. And once I had the right supplements, and now I'll kind of switch to some of yours and see if I can get my next blood work panel looking better. But it was crazy how well I felt after I got some supplements in me and how I slept better, and just these little kind of tweaks helped my body detox. And I think I'm healthy.

SPEAKER_00

I know, and that's what's it's really we're in a tough world. We are salmon swimming upstream with all of the forces against us with the toxins and everything, and and and then at our age, we're we're balancing not just work, but our kids and adult kids who have more of uh um opinions than our their toddler versions of themselves. And then we have the elderly, our our aging parents that we're taking care of. And we're sandwiched, and then our hormones are.

SPEAKER_01

You said sandwich, which is which is you so funny. I had a guest on yesterday and it made me think of this. And he's like, our age is a sandwich era. You're so it's probably this, you know, the same thing talking about our aging parents, our children, yeah, and then also ourselves. And we're just kind of stuck in the middle, and like, where do we all fit in? And obviously, you're supposed to put the life preserver or the oxygen mask on first, but you know, as a mom, like you said, your health took the back burner when your son got sick. And so um, I'm really impressed with what you've done.

SPEAKER_00

Well, thank you. And I the one point that I forgot to mention, especially for us women at this age, you know, our our ovaries are dying, right? And um, our adrenals take over that job of producing our hormones. Well, when then we're already stressed because of the sandwich position we're put in. So we're constantly in fight or flight. Our adrenals are burning through more iodine and salt than ever before. And when we have no iodine in our body, because 96% of the United States are I they're iodine deficient. There's the adrenals are stealing the needed iodine from the thyroid, so that's plummeting the thyroid health and metabolism even further. So it's stealing the little bit of iodine to have that battery pack from our from our adrenals to produce the cortisol and all the stuff to try to keep us going and performing, and that is why we are so tired. It's a double whammy. And then, of course, we reach for the wine or the food that we shouldn't be eating because we're just desperate for energy, and that those things are gonna actually drain your energy even more. So that is why, for this age population, iodine is is the foundational product. And for your girls and teenage years, the two periods of life that you need more iodine than ever before is when you're pregnant and the fetus needs it for growth and cellular turnover. Iodine triggers healthy apoptosis, the producing of extra of the good new cells. And then during the teenage years, when you're going through puberty and growing at such a fast rate. And iodine deficiency is the number one cause of depression and anxiety. And here we are in a world where those two things are skyrocketing, especially with our younger generation. It's yes, the social media has a lot to do with it, but that's not the whole story.

SPEAKER_01

No, that's not the whole story. Usually fun I'm gonna do with you is I'm gonna give you my last blood work panel, which you're gonna be like, oh my God, look at all the red. And I've been on some, I've been on a bunch of supplements since, but I'm going to stop and I'm gonna go on your protocol that you give me. And then I want to have you back on and I want to really talk about it because I find too with my listeners and my community, they like practical, right? And so, like, we can get in and talk about it. And I'll get some of my girls on on some of this stuff too. And I think just I want to break, I want to get all the clutter and the noise away and just say, like, how do we make it simple? Especially when I say, like, I love peptides, but they are not a magic bullet. I mean, I'm talking about supplementation, I talk about blood work, I talk about HRT, and there's so many other pieces to the puzzle. And like you said, if you're deficient in all these other areas, your adrenals are shot, your thyroid is shot, you know, you're not actually performing with your gut the way you need to, the peptides don't have a chance. And peptides aren't cheap, supplements aren't cheap. So, like knowledge is power, and like looking at the entire body and the entire ecosystem is what I talk about all the time. And not many people talk about it, especially in the peptide industry, because everyone wants this like quick fix, A. And you know, if you are, I call them slinging peptides because that's what it feels like now, what's happened on social media since when I started my company, no one was talking about peptides. And it's it's so easy to take and then they don't work and they're expensive. And where do you find yourself? So I think us having this collab too and kind of working together is gonna help not only my community and my industry to that you know, they're they're paying attention that they they want to know what is going to work, and a lot of them are extremely frustrated.

SPEAKER_00

Very I don't blame them. I don't blame them. I mean, I every day I hear from women, they're so frustrated, they're so fatigued, they have no energy, and they are just trying to put one foot in front of the other, and their bodies don't feel like their bodies anymore. There's not a connection to their body anymore.

SPEAKER_01

We know we can do it would be interesting in our collab. I just thought of this is that so on loop health is we have um our own blood panels that we create and run. You can kind of create your own, and they we do them at cost. Same as function, very interesting. I'm not gonna get into that piece of it, but you know that with blood work too. We can probably create a blood panel together that you would say the majority of people should be taking. And I think that will be a really good way for us to um start opening Pandora's box. Simple is better. And so I'm sending a lot of my clients to go get some blood work panels, especially since it is affordable. But like, let's get one that we can name after your company. And it'll be very easy if you can say, hey, this is kind of the basics, the bare minimum that you need to know and see where your levels are at. And let's make a decision of where we can go from there from a supplement perspective, and then also from an additional peptide perspective, it'd be great, it'd be fun. I love it.

SPEAKER_00

No, I love it, love it, love it.

SPEAKER_01

Let's I love solving problems. And I think what I see is that people come in and they're just overwhelmed. And so if I can keep it or we, you and I can keep it as simple. And it's interesting. I don't know if you come across this in your industry, but getting people to do blood work is very difficult. Or I'm like, Do you have blood work? I'm like, Oh, I have it from three years ago. Well, that's not very helpful. I know. And so I think if we part of the reason why I started this, I'm like, I just want to make blood work easy, accessible. We also have it where a doctor can come to your house. A lot of people have bad veins, they're nervous, they hate fasting. You know, you try to get a fasting blood panel at Quest or, you know, um Lab Corp, of course, the mornings are all taken care of for three weeks because everyone wants to, you know, you with your fast, you got to go over with, well, I I don't can't, I don't want to get my blood at three. I've now fasted for how long? And so, anyway, the excuses I could like literally come up probably with an Instagram meme about, but maybe you and I can solve for that a little bit in our mission to try to help women and men feel better.

SPEAKER_00

I would love that. And the other thing that I don't know if you measure body composition with your clients, but I recommend the Hume Body Pod and I have a uh 20% discount for anyone that wants to get one. But that measures your muscle, your fat, your extracellular versus intracellular water, which will show how hydrated you are and how much insulating is a good thing.

SPEAKER_01

Tell me because I I do DEXA scans and I have my clients do DEXA scans.

SPEAKER_00

What um Yeah, no, DEXA is great, but the the Hume body pods an at-home scale. So you will see that the the numbers will be close to each other, but I always like to compare apples to apples and you know, DEXA. We you can go get your DEXA scan every three to six months or whatever, but at home you can test on the Hume Body Pod every day. And it works very well. It is it works very well. It's very I I work with the company. Um, they also have a a Hume by uh band, which is like an aura ring, but it gives you actually more metrics that I I love. Um but that you know, especially for anyone on a weight loss journey, like with a GLP or whatever, it is so important to watch your muscle. And this is where like the accelerated aminos comes in to make sure I I don't know about you, Stephanie, but anyone who is on a higher dose of a GLP, they don't want to eat food, but they definitely don't want to eat protein. Oh getting nauseous.

You should see what I talk about. It's it's you know, it's interesting. So I I was bragging about this because we're the same age, and um, I get a I get about three DEXA scans a year. And my last DEXA scan, I put on a pound of muscle and I lost a pound of fat, and I also increased my bone density. And so I say it because when someone says it, you on a GLP, you can't do those things. I'm a 51 year old woman on a microdose of a GLP. And I have the three DEXA scans to show you. But for and I focus on my protein, I lift heavy weights. I drink my water. I take my amino acids. I take my creatine. I do all the things that support getting those results. And I'm also on a dosage that allows me to be there, you know? And so that's also the key is like a lot of what I see, and I'm sure you see it, is a lot of these clients come in on really, really max doses. They're embarrassed, they're scared. Um they it's expensive. And I I oftentimes take the ownership off of them. And I don't know if that's the best way to coach somebody, but I also feel like these doctors and a lot of these med spas, they're not bringing in the educational piece. And so they're, you know, you find people who get in trouble because they're trusting, oh yeah, just every week bump it up, or they're been told, oh, you're hungry, bump it up. And I'm going, like, God, you want to be hungry. Being hungry is actually a sign that your body needs to give yourself that it's time to eat. When you're not hungry, of course you're not going to eat. And then where you get you, we talked about your hair falling out, all those things, but really kind of bringing a community back to like understanding the root cause of your issues. And then where do you want to be? You know, metabolically, you and I know this in a middle-aged woman. It's like being metabolically sound is the best gift you could ever give yourself because you have that flexibility to enjoy your life, right? To go on trips, to understand that your body's not going to go haywire. Well, most of these people that are coming in on these high dosages are so metabolically unsound that, yeah, you're right, you are going to go off this and your body's going to go what? Because you start eating again. Like to me, that's like it's not rocket science. If you're not eating enough calories, you're going to have a whole slew of issues that will follow you around. And so, anyway, I preach it to the cows come home.

And I want to just touch on the GLPs. If anyone uh that comes to me wants to be on one, they have to take acceleriniodine, accelerated thyroid, accelerated liver care, and the accelerated aminos. Why? Because you're getting on a GLP because your metabolism isn't working and you can't lose weight and you're desperate. I get it. Get on it, but fix your metabolism while you're doing it. The GLP does not touch your metabolism. It actually is going to slow it down because you're restricting caloric intake, and the body says, okay, I'm in survival mode, shut down the thyroid even more. And this is the part that no one takes into account. When you are losing fat on a GLP, you are losing it at an accelerated rate. So a rate that the body is not meant to lose it at. Where does that get processed? In your liver. You are asking your liver to do more work than before. Yes, it can help with fatty liver disease because you're losing fat, but your liver is also now having to work harder and it can the pendulum can swing when you get off and have even a worse liver condition afterwards, and you didn't fix your thyroid or your metabolism. So you do those pieces while you're on the GLP. And if anyone wants to get off the GLP, that's where the accelerated fast comes in because it it suppresses the appetite like a GLP, but upregulates your mitochondrial health, helps cleanse the liver as it's working too. And you feel you can ride out the results and maintain your weight loss that you've achieved on the GLP.

Well, I love this. I'm gonna actually be the guinea pig and I'm gonna try all this kind of stuff. And especially because I have my blood work, it was from May, it's not great. I'm sure it'd be better right now because I've been on supplements, but let's we'll use it for right now. Get on this, and then you and I can have another conversation and bring their audience back in. And also, like it's great that I can talk to my coaches about it. We can talk about all, you know, I talk a lot about supplements, but this was actually very educational for me, not understanding some of these other things that actually come into play that could be issues while people are because the the GLP thing I would say is probably the biggest um shock is the wrong word, but I didn't realize what a piece of our company would be dealing with. How do we really support these men and women who are on these really high dosages? And so we're working on getting them lowered as they're on some other peptides to support them. But when you bring in the supplements as well, I think what will happen is too is I think their fear will also kind of subside a little bit because we're saying, Hey, we're supporting you also in other ways. And I think that's what to me is like really, really important is like let's support the full body. So as you're coming off and weaning off, so you can get on a dosage that makes sense for you. Um yeah, it's it's wild. And by the way, 30 million Americans are on a GLP, and the numbers, I bet by next year would be double. So you're doing good work. And I think if we can do some of this together and educating, I think we'll actually solve for a lot of problems that are heading our way with it's a it's an amazing, powerful drug, but it is powerful and it needs support.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it's telling you it's sending a strong signal, but you've got to have the foundational pieces there.
