This is for men and women as we remove the taboo and awkward energy behind this transformation women are going through. It's not often enough that men and women are sitting down talking about what's happening with a woman's body during menopause.
It's time we come together and talk about ways to support each other during this beautiful transformation. I say beautiful because it's the intelligence of the body God designed but by no means am I speaking to the experience. Speaking on the experience is reserved for the women who are going through it and have gone through it. Much respect to them and I hope this episode allows for sons and moms, nephews and aunts, grandsons and grandmas, spouse and spouse, children and parents to sit down and talk more about menopause.
