[OFF THE RECORD] The average adult spends 7 hours a day (!!!) staring at a screen. That’s basically another full-time job on top of your full-time job. No wonder you feel stressed, exhausted, and like there’s never enough time.

In this episode, I’m breaking down my own "something HAS to change" moment with screen time, aka the realization that I was wasting hours a day scrolling. I'm sharing the three simple changes I made to scroll less, and parts of reducing screen time that are still a work in progress.
