This week on Heart Full Mind Heavy, we're joined by Cormac Dorian, a campaigner working to end violence against women and girls.

For years, the responsibility has sat with girls and women - dress a certain way, walk a certain route, watch your drink, don't walk home alone. But real change doesn't come from women managing risk better. It comes from raising boys who understand consent, respect, and accountability from the start and who are willing to challenge it when they see it in their friends, not just stay silent.

In this episode, we talk honestly with Cormac about:

  • Why the conversation has to start at home, and start early
  • What it actually looks like for men to step up, not just speak up
  • How silence and "banter" can quietly protect harmful behaviour
  • What parents, especially those raising sons, can do differently

This isn't a comfortable conversation, but it's a necessary one.
