This week, we’re talking about something deeply personal learning to accept the new version of you.
Maybe you’re finally finding your voice. Maybe you’ve started prioritizing your mental and physical health. Maybe you're no longer living your life to please everyone else and instead, you're learning to put yourself first.
But change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time, effort, and a lot of uncomfortable growth. I’m three years into becoming this new version of myself, and I’ve learned that not everyone will understand the shift. Some people might feel left behind and that’s okay.
This episode is your reminder that evolving is not selfish. It's necessary. So let’s talk about what it means to embrace change and live life on your own terms.
