Why Do I Feel Off When Things Are Good?
Have you ever been totally fine one minute… and then suddenly in a slump? Life is going well, nothing’s wrong, but you just can’t shake that feeling that something’s off. This week, we’re talking about what it’s like to have a rain cloud hanging over your head even when everything in your life is technically “fine.”
Sometimes, it’s because we’ve been stuck in constant go mode, checking things off our never-ending lists without pausing to actually be present. As adults, it’s so easy to get caught up in the grind that we forget to just be.
I’m here to remind you: it’s okay to have off days. You don’t need to feel guilty for feeling this way, even if you can’t explain it.
So this week, give yourself permission to slow down. Do something for yourself that’s off-screen like go take a walk, sit outside, breathe. And most importantly, check in with yourself and ask… Ok, but are you good?
