Ever find yourself stuck in a funk, convinced you’ll never see the light at the end of the tunnel? I’m here to remind you. This too shall pass.

Those overwhelming thoughts may feel permanent, but they’re temporary. You can climb out of that hole. Getting back into your routine, whether it’s working out, journaling, or simply practicing gratitude. It can make all the difference for both your mind and body.

Shifting your mindset starts with training your brain to ask: What if everything actually works out? What if things are about to fall into place? It’s easy to stay negative, but choosing joy and positivity every day is where real change begins.

This week, I’m sharing how I pulled myself out of a funk, found my way back to positivity, and finally started feeling like myself again.
