Do you ever feel like you’re giving 110% in your friendships and only getting 10% back? Maybe you’re constantly showing up for others, but when it’s your turn to lean on them, no one’s there.

This week, I’m talking about the reality of one-sided friendships, the kind that leave you drained instead of fulfilled. Friendships are meant to be a two-way street: supportive, fun, and uplifting. If they start to feel like a full-time job you’re not getting paid for, it might be time to take a step back, set boundaries, or even take a break.

Because at the end of the day, your friendships should bring you joy, not burnout.
