Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of the Lvolve podcast. My name is Ellie and I am your host today. This podcast is where we have interesting and insightful conversations. And the conversation that we're going to have today is around energetics and manifestation. Now, manifestation is something that's trending and it has been for a while and it's all over the online space. And honestly, it can feel a little bit airy-fairy in the way that people relate to it. And almost like, yeah, yeah, manif but how do you manifest? You know? And something that I'm quite proud of is the way that I have learned to explain energetics and manifestation for it to really learn. Sorry, for it to really land and for it to feel, for it to feel clear and for for you to be able to gain some practical awareness around how you can apply that to your life. So the first thing to look at is energy. Like when we're talking about energetics, we're talking about energy, right? Now, everything is energy. Everything around us has an energetic signal, an energetic signature. Like if you're looking under whatever it is with a very powerful microscope, like you're gonna see that it has a vibrational frequency to it. Okay. Now, when we look at the law of attraction, that law states that you know we will attract what we are an energetic match for. Like attracts like. The law of attraction, like attracts like. And so when we think about our goals, the things that we want to manifest, it's super important that we are matching the same energetic frequency as those goals, you know, because like attracts like. If there is a misalignment with the energetic frequency of yourself in relation to your goal, you're not gonna attract it. So when you hear people in the manifestation world and online say, like, you need to become the version of you who already has the thing that you want, and you're like, how the fuck do I do that? It's like, yeah, cool, all well and good, but how? You know, give me the answers, sis. So this is kind of what it's speaking to. It's like you need to be a vibrational match to the goal. And how do you do that? Again, it's like, come on, sis, that's you know, you kind of just getting on the same wavelength here, like I how? Give me the answers. So when you think about these goals that you have and the version of you that has them, you need to begin to reflect and consider all right, what's that version of me doing? So if I've got these business goals, right, and I'm looking for this amount of success in my business, which is represented by the amount of clients I have or the amount of wealth that I'm generating through the business in terms of revenue, it's like the version of me that's meeting that level of success, how does she live her life? What does that look like? What are the qualities that she has? What are the habits that she has within her lifestyle as well? Because if you're looking at someone, the version of you that's successful and achieving the things that you want, is she wasting her time on the weekend, like dating this idiot guy, or you know, going out and getting drunk with her friends, or partying, or wasting her money on shopping, or getting involved in family drama? Like, does that seem like it matches that success or that goal that you're after and the way that you're living your life? Like, you need to make sure that there's a correlation between the two. That's super, super important. And so there's a few things that we need to look at, and we kind of need to reflect on and audit with regard to this. The first thing is your environment. Yeah. It's like if you live in this chaotic, messy environment, and you're surrounded by people that are totally out of alignment with your values, and especially like the values of the person that's achieving the goal that you desire, that's lowering your vibration, and that's taking you away from the same energetic signature and frequency of the goal. Okay, it's it's influencing the energy that you're containing. It's important that you have a regulated nervous system. Now, your your nervous system can't be regulated if you're in this messy, chaotic environment surrounded by people that are kind of all over the place as well. That's not, again, on the same wavelength as what your goal is. So looking at your environment, tidying that up. Yeah, tidying up the people in your life as well, and being really intentional with who you allow to have access to, your energy, and also paying attention to how your energy feels after hanging out with certain people. That's also really important, yeah. The next thing, you also need to look at your behaviors and your habits and the way that you live your life. Like look at your lifestyle and kind of ask yourself this question Am I living a high vibe life or a low vibe life? And we need to break this down and get a little bit more specific. So, looking at the food that you eat, how do I nourish my body? Is this with high vibrational food or low vibrational food? Am I eating just a heap of processed rubbish, heap of sugar, like refined sugar, like stuff out of a packet? Or am I am I eating food that's been alive recently or is alive now? Not to say you're gonna walk up to a cow and take a bite out of it, it's like do you know what I mean? It's like rather than perhaps buying you know, grain-fed steaks from woolies, you have locally sourced, like incredible, recently ethically slaughtered meat for you to have instead, right? So it's like looking at those kinds of things, what kind of food am I eating? Is it high vibe or low vibe? What kind of information am I consuming? Who are the people that I follow on social media? What kind of message are they are they sharing? Or how do I feel when I consume their content? Is it just throwing me into this spiral of comparison? Because energetically that's bringing you down, sis. Yeah? We're trying to bring your vibration higher so that you match the goals that you've set for yourself, so that you can attune to that frequency of abundance, which is a natural birthright of yours. Abundance is accessible to everyone. We just need to sort out and clear through the noise and and the messy stuff first so that you can actually attune to that. So we've looked at who you're hanging out with, what information you're consuming, the food that you're eating, how do you move your body? What are your habits? In terms of what are your hobbies, sorry. Is that your only hobby? Like, or is there there's something else that you could be doing that you're interested in that would actually maybe add value to your life and increase your vibration? The next thing we also want to look at is it's like, okay, what am I containing within myself? So this comes down to like doing the inner work and starting to reflect on the trauma that you have. Now, everyone has trauma. Big T, little T trauma, however you want to relate to it, everyone's got something that's affected them and that is potentially affecting their frequency, the level that they're vibing on, right? And so when we look at the unconscious mind, yeah, like within our physical body, we have three minds. We have our conscious mind, sorry, we have our higher self, our conscious mind and our unconscious mind. The higher self is that version of you that is living in alignment, that is fully expressed, that is living within her authenticity and is connected to the wisdom and the truth that's within you.

SPEAKER_00It's like your higher self is kind of like your soul. And it knows the grand plan, it has all of the answers, and it's connected to wherever our souls came from, okay? Then our conscious mind is everything that's in our conscious awareness awareness, everything that you know of. This is where this is the logical brain, this is where reason and rationalizing comes into play, right? It's everything that you know about, everything that you know about yourself. Now, the unconscious mind, you guys would have heard me speak about this before, surely, and I'm just gonna kind of glaze over it again as a little bit of a recap. The unconscious mind is where everything goes down. This is where your memories are, this is where your memories are stored. This is also the domain of your emotions. Now, we can have emotions that are attached to memories, and this is where trauma comes in, right? Because a memory with emotion is trauma. A memory with a lower vibrational emotion is trauma. And a memory without emotion is wisdom. The unconscious mind is also where you have your unconscious beliefs. Unconscious meaning you don't know that they're there. Now, you probably have some limiting beliefs that you are consciously aware of because I feel like the level of consciousness within society is rising. And so people are now recognizing, oh, I've got some issues with self-worth, I've got some issues with, you know, worried about being judged, I've got some issues with abandonment. Yeah, so these are the beliefs that you're consciously aware of, the limiting beliefs, right? All of these beliefs are formed throughout your early childhood experiences and also reinforced throughout your life experiences thereafter. Now, if you have an unconscious mind, jam-packed, filled with emotions that you've not allowed yourself to express or feel. Yeah, are you someone that, you know, when you start to feel something coming up, you're starting to feel like, well, I might cry, you kind of put your eyes up to the ceiling, you like blink it away, and you're kind of waving your like fanning your face, trying to just get rid of that emotion. Or you feel if you're feeling angry, you just tuck it away. Like if you relate to that, then that's actually a little bit of a problem. Because chances are, if you recognize that you do that now, then you've probably done it your whole life. And if you've done it your whole life, then you've got a backlog, a container, yeah. Like as humans, we are energetic containers. We contain energy, and emotions are energy. The word emotion means energy and motion, right? And so if you've got this habit that you've probably had your whole life, where you've suppressed emotions and kind of avoided them and tucked them to the side and just done anything to distract yourself because it doesn't feel good to feel those things. Yeah, it feels uncomfortable. And maybe it hasn't been safe for you to feel emotions because in your childhood, you know, you just had to get on with it. And what do you have to be sad about, you know? Then that's something that you really need to resolve. And it's an important part of manifestation to be able to make sure that our vessel is vibrating at the same frequency as the goal. And so part of that is like, okay, have I been suppressing emotions? Because those are lower vibrational energetic signatures, and if I've just been tucking them away my whole life, then no, I'm not going to be an energetic match for the goals that I'm setting for myself. Same thing as if you have these beliefs, these unconscious or these limiting beliefs programmed into you that go against you having the goal. Because let me tell you something. You can want and desire something all that you want, you know? And if deep down in your subconscious mind you believe that you're not good enough, or you're not worthy of that, or that you can't have what you want, guess what? Those unconscious beliefs will win 100% of the time. Because energetically, it's not a match. Does this make sense? Like, is this learning for you? So we need to do the unconscious change work to support ourselves to become an energetic match for the things that we desire to call in. And then we need to start living our lives as if we are the version of ourselves who's in alignment with that goal. So this may be a better way to think about it. Think of think of a radio station for me, yeah. And there are different channels that you can tune into. Channel 10 represents the version of you that is living in alignment. Yeah, she's living in integrity, she's fully expressed, she's magnetic, she's radiant, she has everything that she wants just kind of effortlessly coming to her. It's pretty magical. Right? This version of you loves herself and honors herself and cares for herself, prioritizes herself. This version of you has tools and resources to support herself in the times when challenges do come her way. And she makes loving choices in those moments rather than self-destructive ones. So when you think about a radio station, you think about that's what channel 10 represents, kind of just ask yourself now, well, all right, what channel am I hanging out on at the moment? And maybe you've been doing some work on yourself, and you're like, you know what, I'm not that far off, I'm probably on a channel eight. It's like cool, all right. Maybe some of you are like, fuck, I'm on channel four for sure. And it's okay wherever you are, it's that's where you're meant to be. And so the question that follows that is what do you need to do? What upgrades do you need to create within your life for you to move up onto channel 10? What does that look like specifically? Yeah, like that channel 10 version of you that's achieving everything that she wants, how does she start her day? Does she start her day by jumping straight onto social media and checking her emails and just, you know, totally plugging into the techno technological world, then go downstairs and have a coffee and then probably race off to the gym, put on some like pump up music on the way to the gym and then straight back on the phone when she gets home. Like, is that what the channel 10 version of you does to start her day? Curious, like only you can answer this. Or I wonder what kind of energy I wonder what kind of energetic quality would be created for the version of you that starts her day by having a big glass of salty lemon water or a hydration drink of some kind Going and sitting in nature, taking some slow deep breaths, listening to the sounds of nature all around her, tuning in to the to the rhythm of her being, what's happening within her body in this moment. The version of you that takes things a little bit slower and is a little bit more intentional. Maybe she reads a couple of pages out of a book that she's interested in. Yeah, maybe a book that's educating her. And maybe she does some breath work or a meditation, maybe she has a gratitude practice. When you reflect on those two morning routines, notice how they feel different. Yeah, notice how the energy in your body feels different when you tune into both of those options. Okay. So when we get clear on what that channel 10 version of you what she does and how she is, then this is this is how you become an energetic match for the goals that you have. This is how you become the version of you that already has the goals, right? This is how you practically do it. How does she start her morning? How does she wind down at the end of the day? What does she do when she's faced with a challenge? What what's her strategy of responding to that challenge, you know? Like, does she binge eat a packet of pods and watch Netflix? Does she go get drunk? She do drugs, like she go have sex or post a sexy picture? Like, what's her strategy here? What kind of energy is that response? It's lower vibrational, right? Now they're all examples of things I used to do. Yeah, the channel 10 version of you makes different choices. Like in those moments when there's challenges, I'd say she recognizes, hmm, I'm a bit dysregulated and thrown off by this situation. Okay, what do I need? What's the most loving thing that I can do for myself right now? Maybe it's just to create a little a little bit of space and just breathe. Yeah. Who are the kinds of people Channel 10U hangs out with? What kind of relationship is she in? Yeah? What are her friggin' standards? Get clear on all of those things. And then once you know what that is, once you're really clear on the kind of person that she is and how she lives her life, that's what you aim for. You can even ask yourself in situations like, hmm, what would channel 10 me do here? How would she respond? That's gonna be a powerful tool for you. And then every time we make those choices, we're changing the energy that we contain. Yeah, we're lifting our own vibration. The thing is, we are constantly having a conversation with the universe, with how we show up in life. It's really funny, a friend and I were chatting the other day, and we're talking about, you know what, we're ready for love, like let's go, 2026, baby, this is it. And then within the same breath, it was like, hey, I'm gonna be home for um Christmas, and there's this guy that I used to, you know, fuck. Do you think I could just get with him? And I'm like, babe, no. What kind of com what kind of conversation are you having with the universe through that? Are you saying to the universe, hey, yeah, I want my husband by going and fucking some random dude? No. Yeah, that behavior is not an energetic match for the goal that you're calling in. So start to be curious about the way that you show up in life and the things that you're doing. Be more intentional with how you show up in life. Be like, is this a match for the goal that I have? Now, some people. Don't even know what their goal is. This is like a super important piece to the puzzle, right? Knowing what you want and actually creating some space to sit down and write out what that looks like. What do you want? Okay, you want to attract your dream guy, what's he like? You want to attract your dream job or your dream house. What does it look like exactly? Like be very specific. And then you've got to just let it go. Because when we think about like attracts like, if you're in this energy of, I want it, I just want the guy, I really want the house, like that kind of energy, that kind of desperate energy, what that communicates to the universe is I don't have it. And if like attracts like, if you're coming from an energy of I don't have it, you're gonna keep creating I don't have it because it's the same energy, right? So when you desire to co-create with the universe, you really need to bring your focus to a few core beliefs that I love to center around. All right. The first one is that if it's meant for me, it's gonna stay. Like, truly, if it's if it's meant for you, it's gonna happen. And what's on the other side of that is it's if it's not meant for you, it won't happen and it won't be easy. Like, so you within that you can just let things go. It's like, oh, I've been interested in this dude, and nothing's really happening there. Maybe nothing's meant to happen. Like, if it's meant for you, it'll stay. If it's meant for you, it will happen. And if it's not happening, it's not meant for you. Let it go. Because the longer that you cling on to the thing that's not meant for you, is the longer you're keeping yourself away from the thing that is. So put it down. The other thing is that everything happens in the perfect time-space sequence. It truly does. Now, I know that you may have an idea of a timeline in your mind of when you want things to happen. The universe has its own timeline. So you just need to trust that it's all unfolding perfectly. Something that I always focus on. If I ever find myself like in a little bit of self-doubt, I'm like, uh-uh. You're right where you're meant to be. You could not be anywhere else because you're right here. This is where you're meant to be, sis. So find trust in that, settle in that. Just it doesn't have to make sense for you. It doesn't have to make sense. You can still trust it and it doesn't make sense. I mean, when I think back to being younger and reflecting on my life, being like, oh yeah, by 31, I'll for sure have like, you know, probably be done having kids by then. Because I want to be a young mum. I'm 31 single, don't have a house.

SPEAKER_00This is not what I thought it would look like. And also, I'm like, I didn't fucking know who I was at 28. Dude, I was spiralling when I was 28. I was in a pit of self-destruction. I had to go through everything that I went through so that I could figure out who I am, what's important to me, and strip back the bullshit and really align with that. There's all necessary. There's all part of my plan and my timeline. And in that sense, I am on time. I'm exactly where I'm meant to be. And maybe I don't have the things that I want yet because I'm not ready for them yet. There's more work for me to do, or there's more enjoyment that I get to have before that next phase of my life. Where you choose to focus will create your reality in a really like in a really big sense, you know. Like if you're choosing to focus on what you don't have, you're gonna feel the feelings that come with that. Sadness, agitation, maybe a bit fearful, fucking annoyed. Or if you choose to focus on, you know what, I'm not where I want to be, and I'm where I'm meant to be. And I trust that I'm right on time. That's a whole different energetic feel. And that matters when we're looking at the law of attraction and manifestation and abundance, the energy that you choose to hang out in each moment, day to day, like that matters. Now, that's not to say that we're just reaching for this goal of never feeling like any shit feelings. No, like it's human to feel all of it. It's just how you choose to respond in that moment, you know. Like you get to choose whether you're really gonna sit in it and stay in it, and you know, maybe maybe spiral down even deeper into those feelings, or you sit in it, you acknowledge it, and you let yourself feel and give it presence. And then from that moment, you're like, okay, cool, it's time to shift out of this. What's actually happening here? How is this actually happening for me? So, little task for you guys. Who is Channel 10U? What is she creating? What are her goals? Then how does she live her life? Get really clear and specific on who she is, and then boom, baby, there's your map. Because you betcha Channel 10U is serving herself at the start of the day and at the end of the day. She's filling her cup at the very start of the day, connecting to herself. And at the end of the day, she's pouring back into her cup. Watch what unfolds when you make these very simple upgrades to your life. Yeah, simple as a morning and an evening routine.
