With over 20 years as an entrepreneur, Heather has a remarkable background consulting Fortune 500 companies and global brands, guiding thousands of entrepreneurs and hundreds of startups. Heather was inspired to start Meridian over ten years ago after realizing that larger firms often sacrifice personalized service for profits.  She worked for one of the world's biggest brokerage companies and realize that bigger is not necessarily better.
