Enterprise Tools for Indie Retailers: The Inventory-ease Revolution
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Join Bill and his guests, Michael and Victoria Winter, They are the husband-and-wife team behind The Ease Co, a retail strategy and consulting agency, and Inventor-ease, an AI-driven inventory platform designed to eliminate manual data entry for retailers.
The business was born from the real-world challenges Victoria has experienced during her 20+ years as an independent retailer. She spent over a decade scaling a successful hybrid brick-and-mortar and e-commerce business before selling it to her employees in 2024.
After years of working alongside Victoria as a co-retailer, Michael stepped back from his career in medicine in 2025 to join Victoria full-time. Over the last year, they have actively managed inventory and operations for independent retailers while building the AI-powered version of Inventor-ease, which allows retailers to drop in their orders and have product data parsed and uploaded directly into Shopify.
Together, they focus on giving independent retailers enterprise-level systems, smarter workflows, and time back to run more sustainable businesses.
