The Free LinkedIn Audit
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
People don’t just buy healthcare products and services. They buy confidence in the people behind them. If a prospective customer, partner, or recruit hears your company name and then Googles the CEO, what story does your LinkedIn profile tell in the first 30 seconds?
We walk through why LinkedIn has become the default “trust check” for healthcare executives, founders, and operators and why it so often ranks at the top of Google. Then we share the tool we built to make that trust measurable: our free ISG Public Trust Audit. It’s an AI-assisted review that analyzes your digital footprint (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn), scores what the public sees, and delivers expert-reviewed, practical recommendations within 24 hours. We explain what you submit, what the audit looks for, and how it turns a vague goal like “thought leadership” into clear, ranked actions you can actually execute.
We also talk about what happens when you start sharing publicly with intention: trust before the sales call, shorter sales cycles through category authority, stronger recruiting through visible leadership, and more investor and partner confidence when you’re raising capital or building strategic deals. And because no good strategy chat is complete without a curveball, we close with a funny, painfully relatable story about a stuck door knob that turns a normal Saturday into a suburban escape mission.
If you’re a healthcare leader who wants a clearer online reputation and a stronger first impression, hit play, then run the free audit. Subscribe, share this with a colleague who needs a stronger LinkedIn presence, and leave a review with the one change you’re going to make next.

SPEAKER_01So before you go further, completely free.
Why LinkedIn Matters Most
SPEAKER_00Go ahead.
SPEAKER_01Before you go further, I don't I want to pause here because I think this is super exciting.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I want to talk about why we think LinkedIn is so important and why we specialize in, even though we know there's some parts of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that are growing. Like Facebook growing thought leadership as an entrepreneur is definitely growing, uh, or even as a healthcare leader, but we really focus on LinkedIn. That's like our bread and butter and why we believe it's and I want you to just expand on that a little bit and why why this was built.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, because the reality is, and you say you've said it countless times, and you said you say it best, is customers know, they're educated in the products. They understand, they they they know what their product, what the product's gonna do, how what are the features and the benefits, but they want to trust the organization that's providing them the product. And so they're gonna go out and Google, you know, if they know the CEO's name, they're gonna go out and Google the CEO's name. And and LinkedIn has done a fantastic job of an SEO and Google search. It usually comes up quickly as one of the first couple of options. So you're gonna have customers or your future customers go out, try to learn about you through LinkedIn. So that's why we want to make sure that LinkedIn is what we like to say the launch pad to what you want to do now and in the future, and the message that you want to convey. And you know, sometimes these words are used way too much. Personal brand, but it is. It's your personal brand, and this audit is gonna dive really deep into exactly what that audit is, what it does, and what it can be for you.
Filling Out The Free Audit
SPEAKER_00And it's it's it's pretty interesting. So I'm gonna show you exactly what this looks like. Uh I'm gonna try it and pull up an audit after we're done with it, and so you can see it. But so you essentially all we're gonna need is your full name, your URL, your email address, and then whether you're CE CEO president, C suite executive, founder, operator, you guys can read those. You know, and basically how would you rate your LinkedIn thought leadership activity? Rarely posts, we're gonna say that, and then you know, as in one sentence, what is the core value you deliver to the healthcare market? And we empower patients to regain their mobility. Don't know if that's yours or not, but there you go. And high value opportunities, boards, partnerships, deals, to how they find you, and I would say through the network. And then what is your primary authority building right goal right now? And obviously it's let's let's say thought leadership. And then all you need to do is click this claim my free audit, and you'll within 24 hours get a detailed, in-depth analysis of what we and we've spent several days, hours, months basically compiling this audit to show where you rank what you look like as your personal brand and or your thought leadership and your public trust audit and what you look like to the masses. And so you click that and it goes to work. And as you can see, it's it's studying, it's locating your profile, hand it's it's go the AI is right now reading everything. It's going deep, deep, deep, deep and gathering info on you on all kinds of different platforms and sources. And so there you go. And within 24 hours, so now our team is gonna get that. We're gonna go in depth into it with several different experts that are really gonna deep dive into your profile and figure out what you're doing. You're gonna get it, you're gonna be ranked, you're gonna be scored, and you're gonna be graded. They're gonna see exact you're gonna see exactly what we think of what you're doing right now, and then it's gonna give you actions, it's gonna give you concrete moves ranked by impact and tailored to your goals. So it's pretty I I mean, I took it and I was like, okay, I gotta work on this, I gotta work on that, and I and I want to thank our team for putting this together because they work tirelessly to make this happen. But
Scores, Actions, And How To Book
SPEAKER_00if you're a healthcare leader out there, it's absolutely free. Go take it, see where you stand. If you don't like it, let's talk. If you do like it, let's talk. You know, there's ways we can help you and where you want to go and what you want to achieve.
SPEAKER_01That's pretty dang cool. Yeah. Um I I love it. It's again it's just at isgmedia.co.
SPEAKER_00It's audit audit.isgmedia.co.
SPEAKER_01And yeah, you could and then you could just or you could just go to isg. Yeah, so what I just want to do.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I'll just I'll just go to here's here's the website, and I'm gonna I'm gonna pull that up right now so everybody can see this. Um but so this is this is our actual site, and it can it can show you.
SPEAKER_01Oh, they're gonna share it again.
SPEAKER_00Yep, it's coming up right there. There you are. There's our website. There's those two handsome gentlemen right there. The guy on the right looks better. Um But you can write if you go to isgmedia.co and you click on your free LinkedIn audit, it'll take you right out to the audit. And you can go through it. And you know, as well as two talks about ISG, what we do, and um, you know, whether that's and once you take an audit, if if you if you say to yourself, hey, let's I I I want to talk about this, I'm gonna see what I can do in order. And if you're a healthcare leader, CEO, C suite, executive, uh a founder, healthcare founder, healthcare entrepreneur, um, you know, and when I say entrepreneur, you know, clinic owners, uh different types of anything in healthcare, please feel free to talk talk to us and we can see if we are a fit for each other. And you can click on Let's Chat, and it was take you to a Calendly link where you're gonna be able to book a meeting on the day and the time that works best for you. And it coordinates with our calendars and everybody's happy, happy, happy.
SPEAKER_01I love it. I mean, C suite thought leadership, and you know, that word is tossed around a lot. Um It is. But I mean it it's so important to the brand and the culture of the company, especially if what they're saying is is true. Like they believe in it, the mission, they're explaining what's going on in the background of their companies, they're talking about different employees that are on the team, and more and more companies are getting their entire teams to share some of their stories online, and it's really helping the brand and building public trust. So people start to understand, or people start to know, you know, in the back of their head, they have the bank of these companies when they think of, you know, when they think of uh wheel repair, they think of this, when they think of uh, you know uh knee replacement, they think of this, right? So it it's it that is so prevalent right now for people. Um it's just it's just so crucial. And this is a cool tool to just be able to jump on, get an audit, and then um kind of see where kind of see where you're at.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I'm gonna pull up exactly what you're gonna receive here. Um it's pulled up in my email here, and let's see if uh Well, we'll have to I'll have to share that at another time, but I'll share exactly the your audit's gonna come out and it's gonna score each one of the different uh uh levels of what you're doing one through ten, and then it's gonna give you concrete tasks or concrete suggestions on what can work and what you could what you should do next. And so it's easy. Go out to isgmedia.co and then uh click on your free LinkedIn audit, and that's it. That's all you have to do.
SPEAKER_01We should get that, like, change that button to like a bright color or something so people see it and make sure they click it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. So I mean I I'll I'll share it again just so if if anybody's watching on YouTube or or wherever else, um they can share it.
SPEAKER_01Sharing sharing publicly, yeah, while you do that, sharing publicly is not easy, but I know for me when I could got over that fear and started to really put myself out there and kind of understand the formula and what works when I'm sharing what I want to talk about, and I'm sure you could resonate with this, it's so many important things for me was trust before any sales call, which is huge. People jump on a call, it's you're already past that no, and then you just start to build up the like and then the trust, right? And then category authority, it shortens sales cycles for me incredibly. And then as you look at if you're a C-suite executive or you know, owner, healthcare entrepreneur, right with a with you know, trying to hire people, it helps with recruiting. Top talent want to work for leaders that have vision, and if you're sharing that vision, I think it's uh I think it's huge. And you know, and I think the biggest thing right now, people are you know, they're trying to raise series A, series B is getting investor and partner confidence. Investors believe in you know high-ranking executives that are that are willing to you know be fearless and share their vision.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, and so here's here's the landing page. Right when you put in the isgmedia.co right in the middle, free LinkedIn audit. In the top right here, free LinkedIn audit. Once you put your mouse over here, you'll see it there, and then you'll see that there. And so go out and take the audit. You'll get it within 24 hours, and it's a lot of work. A lot of a lot of let's just say this, a lot of agencies who don't specialize in healthcare and do it for just C-suite executives uh charge quite a bit of money for that audit. So ours is free. And the reality is because we we work in healthcare, we understand the healthcare better than anybody. Um there are agencies out there that claim that they do, and I'm not gonna put them down, but it's what we do on a daily basis, literally every minute of the day. That's where that's that's the space we work in. So um our free audit is a gift to you. How about
Locked In The Bedroom Escape
SPEAKER_00that?
SPEAKER_01I love it. Now, do you want to pivot to a funny story?
SPEAKER_00Yes, I would love to pivot to the funny story. So let me let me set the stage. It's a wonderful weekend in Massachusetts.
SPEAKER_01A Saturday. A rainy, normal Saturday in Massachusetts 48 degrees.
SPEAKER_00Yep, it's May in Massachusetts, so it's the break of June. Yeah, and actually, ironically, I think that you sent me a picture of only in Boston um post that it's like 44 degrees in Boston on Saturday, uh May 30th.
SPEAKER_01So that was right, yeah, that was that was right before the door decided the break.
SPEAKER_00So with that with that with that stage, go ahead, Chris. How what did you do on your Saturday morning?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so um, you know, the wind's howling, the rain is pouring sideways, get up to, you know, get a cup of coffee, um and the door would not open. So uh naturally, you know, went into the homeowner troubleshooting process, you know, jiggle the handle a little bit, try uh uh credit card, you know, say what the hell about 48 times, take a picture, put it in the AI to see what they thought, watch a few YouTube videos, realize that YouTube lied, so none of that worked. And at that point, you know, our house is built in 1951, and these door knobs, I'm pretty sure are close to original, if not like the 70s.
SPEAKER_00It looks like the picture you sent me, I think of their original.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I didn't send you the old knob. I sent you after I fixed it, but yeah. Um, at that point, the We took the knob off, but the but the bolt was stuck. We couldn't pull it out. So the door is like the heaviest door you can imagine as well. So at that point, the only exit was the window, and we're on the second floor, and the rain is howling. So um my lovely wife, you should have videoed this.
SPEAKER_00I wish I videoed it.
SPEAKER_01My lovely wife, she is adventurous. I have to talk her out of doing crazy things quite often. Um right above me, actually. This is a small sunroom with a roof, small roof. Thank God this is here. I don't know what glide down the sunroof. She wanted to jump off the sunroof. I'm like, no. Call the neighbor, get he'll get a ladder. Which he did, thank God. Um in the rain. She thank God she had like these rain boots under the bed.
SPEAKER_00So um She was ready. She was ready for something like this to happen.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so so that was pretty much and then anxiety started to peak when I realized that because I'm so neurotic that every door is locked to the gills from the outside. Um we live in Shrewsbury, which is a nice town, but we're not too far from Worcester, which is a you know, a city. It's the second biggest city in New England, fun fact. Um but it's I never knew that. Wow. But it but it's not home. It's not the park. It's not the safe. It's like we're on the lake, it's nice, but you know, the city's not far away, so we're a little extra safe, and we deadbolt like every and window. So thank God I left the window cracked open that she was able to bust through like the extra lock and jump through the window. But every door was we have like electronic, you know, open door, but the basement door is deadbolted, the other doors are dead bolted. So she was able to get in, right? So we're feeling good about that. Now we're on each other now. We're each on the other side of the door. I'm still locked in the bedroom. We still can't get in.
SPEAKER_00At this point, how many hours have you officially?
SPEAKER_01It's actually, it's only been like honestly, it was less than an hour at that point. So um so the neighbor we called the neighbor to come back. Uh he's a big brute guy, and like, bring whatever tools you have and and help her on the other side get us out of here. Um me now, I have some back problems, so I wasn't about to climb down the roof on a rainy day. I'm like, it's not worth it. I'll just wait till you get us out of here. Uh so she so they tried to cut through the door. Again, these are thick oak doors. Tried to skill saw through it. Not much, so I just said, you know, nothing makes you feel more like a suburban action hero than shoulder checking your own bedroom door on a Saturday morning. Um so he did that, and the door lost. So the door lost, the door jam broke, and uh yeah.
SPEAKER_00So you got to spend the rest of the day reconstructing the door jam, I'm thinking. I did that later, but yeah.
SPEAKER_01No, we went to the movies, we saw pressure, which was amazing. Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_00Well, good. Well, you got you got the you you you broke out of your bedroom and went and went go see movie.
SPEAKER_01I I'm just thankful there was no fire, and I'm thankful it wasn't the little pocket bathroom that's in between the two bedrooms, which is also an old door. So I'm in the middle of replacing all the doorknobs up there so it doesn't happen again. Not that I think it's less than a 1% chance of it happening again, but if some one of us got locked that little bathroom, it would have been madness.
SPEAKER_00Oh yeah. Okay, so when this happens again, just promise me you'll video it.
SPEAKER_01That that's it wasn't that entertaining to be videoed, but I mean I guess it was kind of funny.
SPEAKER_00Oh, it would have been not your part, your wife scurrying down the roof. That would that would have that would have been gold.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, that was good. She was uh Yeah. No, it's it was it was fun. We just like can't believe it. And then the you know, other things have broke this week, so it's just a whole thing, but anyway. I hope that was entertaining.
SPEAKER_00But by the looks of it, the sun is out behind you and it must be a beautiful day.
SPEAKER_01It is, actually. It is beautiful, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, there you go. Cool, alright.
Final Laughs And Wrap
SPEAKER_00Well, we went we went from a cool audit to Chris's incarceration bedroom story. Alright, that's a wrap. Talk to you, see ya. See ya.
