Josh Williams

Josh is the co-owner of Spurling Fitness and your guide on this podcast. With 13 years of experience coaching and training clients, he’s helped hundreds change their lives through the power of fitness and strength training. He oversees coaching, leads the training team, and runs the internship program. Originally from Southwest Harbor, Maine (home of the legendary moose wrangling and lobster wrestling competitions—allegedly), he’s a true Mainer through and through. Josh graduated from the University of New England with a degree in Exercise Science and started at Spurling as an intern in 2013. He’s a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. Outside the gym, Josh enjoys disc golf, hiking with his family and two girls, tackling house projects, and watching obscure movies. He’s also a die-hard Steelers fan. This show brings you practical fitness tips, mindset strategies, and real conversations to help you live 1% better—every day.
