Chad Kim

Chad A. Kim is a CEO and technology executive recognized for driving transformative growth in national security and advanced technology. With over two decades of strategic leadership experience, Chad specializes in swiftly identifying opportunities and leveraging targeted mergers and acquisitions to scale innovative capabilities and achieve measurable outcomes.


As the founding CEO of Bcore, a private equity-backed provider of advanced solutions to the U.S. intelligence and defense communities, Chad led the rapid integration of four legacy companies into a unified, high-performing organization. 


Chad holds an MS from the University of Virginia and a BS from Middle Tennessee State University, and remains passionate about mentorship, innovation, and building relationships that drive meaningful growth.

Lee Garber


Lee Garber is a General Partner of NewSpring dedicated to the Firm's buyout strategy, NewSpring Holdings. Lee has over 15 years of operationally focused audit and principal investment experience including evaluating, managing, and assisting lower middle market businesses and helping to conceptualize, implement, and manage value creation initiatives at an operational level.


He received a BSBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis with majors in Finance and Accounting and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Lee is also a CPA (inactive).

Rebekah Lovorn

Prior to joining NGS in 2010, Rebekah served in the Department of Homeland Security. In 2006, she accepted an assignment with the Department of State Global Outreach team in Iraq. While there she coordinated multinational press corps events throughout Iraq, and worked directly with Ambassadors, military commanders, Iraqi Ministers, and local Iraqi leaders on communication outreach strategies. Rebekah began her career at The White House Office of Communications.  


A native of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Rebekah received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing from Mississippi State University. She lives with her husband and children in Northern Virginia.

Vice Adm. Bob Sharp, USN (Ret.)

Vice Adm. Bob Sharp is a native of San Jose, California.  He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Arts in English and was commissioned through Officer Candidate School in 1988.  He holds a Naval War College diploma and earned a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in 2008.


Sharp became the seventh director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, a DoD Combat Support Agency and member of the national Intelligence Community, in February 2019.


In addition to multiple personal, unit and campaign awards, he has been the recipient of the Vice Admiral Rufus L. Taylor award for excellence in instruction, U.S. Army’s Knowlton Award for Military Intelligence, Rear Admiral Edwin T. Layton leadership award, and the Naval Intelligence Foundation award for excellence in operational intelligence support to the Fleet.

She holds degrees from LSU (Electrical & Computer Engineering) and GWU (Program Management).
