Cindy Hinkle

4x Age-Group CrossFit Games Athlete Cindy Hinkle shares with us her experience of winning her first Games in the 55-59 Age-Group. A competitive gymnast through college she found CrossFit in her early 40's and became competitive after years of practice and becoming training partners with Denise Moore who also became an Age-Group Champion this year in the 65-69 Age-Group. She discusses the improvements made at this years Games as well as her preferance for next year. We go into depth on in-game nutrution and the excitement of both Denise and her standing on top of the podium in Columbus.
