Dawn Becker joins Warren to discuss her choosing CrossFit over prescriptions when she received a medical diagnosis 10 years ago. She describes her progress from a non-athlete a decade ago to her spending a full day at the gym in training, recovery and nutrition with her training partners, friends and quick learning husband. Dawn is the Legends and Masters Podcast first non-Games athlete fulfilling our goal to interview every-day athletes as well as Games Athletes.
