Ginny began CrossFit at the suggestion of her two sons four years ago. In 2025, her son, now the owner of CrossFit Bears Den Fitness in Boyertown PA suggested she attend the Legends Championship in Tempe AZ. At 73 years of age, Ginny, a healthcare professional and admitted non-Athlete a majority of her life is changing expectations for herself and those around her.
