This episode touches base on resilience and ways to bounce back after facing adversity. Three main components of resilience are introduced which include being cognizant that tough times will come, staying focused, and practicing positivity. Personal experiences are drawn, and adaptability is presented as a key component of resilience. The episode motivates listeners to be gentle with themselves and find the necessary tools to face challenges head on such as relying on the things that make them happy, seeking help from friends and loved ones, as well as finding professional assistance from a therapist or other experts through self-help books.
