Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to an individual's ability to note and understand their own emotions as well as those of others. In this week's episode, we will discuss the differences between Emotional Intelligence and Intelligence Quotient (IQ) along with Emotional Maturity. Key components of EI will be introduced as well as practical ways to enhance EI in our day-to-day lives. Benefits of EI will be mentioned such as better mental health, greater work performance, higher academic achievements, healthier relationships, etc.
