Daily shadow work, healing tools, and deep support all year long.This guided somatic practice supports Week 2 of the Love & Attachment Detox by helping you notice how your body responds to boundaries, needs, and self-expression.
Many of us know intellectually what boundaries are, but our nervous system still experiences them as risky. In this short body-based practice, you’ll be guided through a gentle head-to-toe scan while imagining common boundary statements like “No,” “I need time,” and “That doesn’t work for me.”
This practice helps you:
- Identify where tension shows up when you imagine asserting needs
- Breathe into areas of contraction without forcing release
- Build tolerance for honesty and self-loyalty
- Separate present-day boundaries from past relational consequences
You’ll be invited to use slow breathing and compassionate attention to support regulation, along with affirmations that remind your body that your needs do not threaten connection.
This practice can be repeated anytime you feel pressure to overgive or silence yourself.
Listen in a quiet space if possible, and move gently if emotions arise.
