Welcome to this pink full moon meditation. Tonight we honor the fullness of the moon, the cycles of life, and the light that guides us from within.
Find a comfortable position seated or lying down and allow your body to begin to relax.
Rest your hands gently on your lap or by your sides. Close your eyes if you feel called and let your awareness turn inward.
Take a deep cleansing breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly, releasing any tension.
Inhale again, feeling your chest and belly expand. And exhale, letting go of anything that no longer serves you.
One more deep breath, inhale fully and exhale completely, surrendering to this moment of rest and renewal.
Bring your attention to the support from the earth beneath you.
Imagine roots gently extending from your body into the ground, grounding and anchoring you.
With every breath, you are held safe and supported.
Now visualize the pink full moon glowing above you. Its light is soft, nurturing and radiant, a gentle pink hue that touches everything it shines upon.
Imagine this light slowly descending, brushing over the crown of your head.
Flowing down over your forehead, softening your eyes, relaxing your jaw.
Allow the moonlight to fill your neck and shoulders, releasing any tightness or stress.
Feel it moving through your arms, hands and fingers, carrying a sense of peace and calm.
With every exhale, let this light flow through your chest and heart, opening you to love, compassion, and acceptance. First for yourself, and then for all those around you.
Let it move down through your torso, your spine, your hips, your legs, all the way to your feet, connecting you deeply to the earth, to her strength, and to her stability.
The pink full moon and its light are now surrounding you completely, a cocoon of warmth, softness, and illumination. Take a few gentle breaths here, bathing fully in this pink glow.
Now gently bring to mind an intention for this full moon. What is it you wish to release? What energy would you like to invite in?
There's no need to force it. Simply allow the answers to arise in your mind or heart.
Picture your intention as a small seed glowing softly in your heart.
With each inhale, nourish it with love, focus, and clarity.
With each exhale, release any fears, doubts, or resistance that may be holding it back.
Feel your intention expand, becoming brighter, more vibrant, more alive with every breath.
As the sound of the music begins to flow around you, imagine the vibrations washing over your body. Let each tone ripple through you, loosening tension, opening your heart, and harmonizing your energy with the rhythm of the pink full moon.
Feel the gentle waves of sound traveling from the crown of your head down to your toes. Each note inviting peace, clarity, and release.
Allow yourself to simply be letting the sound and the moonlight guide you into a space of calm, presence, and renewal.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath, the gentle rise and fall of your chest, the subtle rhythm of life within you.
Feel gratitude for this time you have given yourself.
Know that the energy of the pink full moon and your intentions will continue to support and guide you long after this meditation ends.
Take one final deep breath in, filling every cell with light and possibility. And exhale slowly, carrying peace, love, and clarity with you.
When you are ready, gently wiggle your fingers and toes, bring movement back to your body, and softly blink open your eyes.
Take a moment here to connect with this feeling of peace and connectedness.
