Information doesn’t create change — action does. And without a clear next step, it’s easy to walk away from this series and fall right back into old patterns.
In this final episode of Series 2, we bring everything together into a simple, practical path forward. We'll recap the key pillars of the RESTORED framework, identify where your real work still is, and choose what your next step looks like — whether that’s continuing on your own, getting connected to the right community, or going deeper with personalized support.

Welcome to the Wellness Well, the place where faith and biblical wisdom meet God's design for healing and where Jesus Himself is waiting to meet you exactly where you are. I'm Heidi, a certified integrative health practitioner. And like the woman at the well in John 4, I believe our healing journey is so much more than fixing symptoms. It's about being restored to the person God always created you to be. This is our sacred space for honest, no-fluff conversations about what our body is really trying to tell us. Root cause healing that goes deeper than quick fixes and breaking generational cycles that have kept us stuck for way too long. So take a deep breath, say a little prayer, and meet me at the well. Welcome to episode 33. This is the final episode in series two, a season of deliverance, the path to wholeness. And this is appropriately titled, What Now? We've come a long way together. 20 episodes deep into this series. We've learned frameworks, examined beliefs that were running in your life without your permission, processed emotions you'd been storing for years, surrendered things you didn't even know you were gripping, named generational patterns, wrote chainbreaker statements, tracked small wins, started building your testimony. That is not nothing, friend. That is holy work. But now comes the question that separates transformation from information. What will I actually do with this? Do not merely listen to the word and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. James 1, verse 22. James doesn't mince words. Knowledge without action is self-deception. You can listen to every episode twice and still be in the same place a year from now if you never do anything with it. So today we get honest, we get practical, and we figure out your next step. Before we talk about next steps, I want you to see where you've been, because sometimes when you're in the middle of it, you lose perspective of how far you've actually come. We started this series with the temple tour, your body as God's dwelling place, not a machine to optimize, not a project to fix, a temple, sacred ground. Then we walked the restored path, renewed mind. You learned that you cannot heal a body you secretly hate, that the war in your thought life shapes everything, your hormones, your stress response, your capacity to receive healing. You started replacing lies with truth. Emotional wholeness. You learned that your emotions aren't the enemy, that the body keeps the score, that stuffing, numbing, and spiritually bypassing your pain doesn't make it go away. It stores it in your tissues and drives your health decisions from the shadows. Surrender. You learned what cortisol can't calm, Christ can. That sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your health is stop trying to control it. That God hides women before he reveals what he's prepared. Temple purification. You learned that detox starts with forgiveness, that what you let into your body, mind, and spirit matters. That purification is an inside-out process. Offering. You learned that your plate can be an altar. That nourishment is provision from the shepherd, not a discipline to white knuckle. Rest. You learned that rest isn't lazy. It's holy. That God modeled withdrawal before He expected it of you. That your adrenals will not heal in a body that refuses to stop. Exercise. You learn to move as stewardship, not self-punishment. That your body is a garden to tend, not a machine to drive into the ground. Discernment. You learn to make wise, spirit-led decisions instead of chasing every new protocol. That peace is the filter. And beyond the restored pillars, we went deeper. Community, generational cycles, faith in the process, your testimony, stewardship for the long haul. That's a lot of ground. You should be proud of yourself for showing up. Now, what do you do with it? Before I give you options, I want to do a quick gut check. Not judgment, just honesty. As you walked through this series, which pillars made you uncomfortable? Which ones made you want to skip ahead? Which ones made you cry? That's probably where your deepest work is. The pillar that made you defensive, that's the one your flesh doesn't want you to touch. The episode you skipped, that's the one the enemy doesn't want you to hear. The reflection question you avoided, that's the one the Holy Spirit was leaning into. I'm not saying that to pile on guilt. I'm saying it because I want you to walk away from this series with clarity, not just comfort. Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3, verse 13 to 14. Press on, not drift, not coast, not consume more content and hope something clicks. Press on. That's active, that's intentional. That's a woman who knows where she's going and chooses to move toward it. There's no wrong next step. There's only an honest one. So let me lay out three paths, and I want you to listen for the one that makes your spirit say, Yes, that's me. Path one. Continue the journey solo. Maybe you're the woman who needs time to process. You've taken in a lot. You need to go back and re-listen. Sit with the reflection questions you skipped. Actually. That's beautiful. And it's enough. Here's what I'd encourage. Go back to the episode that hit hardest and do the practice this time. Not just listen. Do write the thing. Pray the prayer. Start the list. Build your nourish, rest, move baseline from episode 32. And keep showing up here. These episodes aren't going anywhere. But I'm going to be honest with you. Going solo works if you're self-motivated and you have real accountability somewhere. If you don't have someone asking you, how's it going? the good intentions fade. I've watched it happen a hundred times. It's happened to me a hundred times. Not because women are weak, because we were never designed to do this alone. Path two, join the community. Maybe you don't need a custom protocol right now, but you need people. You need women who understand the language of this series. You know what it means to steward a temple instead of punish a body. You need women who are walking the restored path and can hold hope for you on the days you can't hold it for yourself. We talked about this in episode 27. Iron sharpens iron. Your nervous system co-regulates. Being seen by safe people activates healing in your body. Connection is not optional for wellness, it's foundational. Stay connected to the wellness world. Get on the email list. Follow along. Be part of what's being built here because this community is growing and you are part of it, whether you realize it or not. Every woman who's been listening to this series is part of a sisterhood that is choosing a different way. Path three, go deeper with support. And then there's the woman who knows. She's known for a while. She's been listening to this series, and something has been building in her spirit. Not just interest, recognition. She hears herself in every episode. She sees her patterns. She understands the root causes. And she knows deep in her gut that she can't untangle this alone. She needs personalized guidance, functional testing that looks at her body, coaching that addresses her patterns, support that meets her season, someone who sees the whole picture, spirit, soul, and body, and can walk with her through the layers. And that's what the Wellness Well mentorship is. It's not just another program you sign up for and do alone with a login. It's not a cookie cutter protocol. It's me walking beside you. Real support, real accountability, real root cause work, functional testing, the restored framework applied to your body, your story, your season. In its sisterhood, iron sharpening iron. Women who are doing the same deep work, holding each other up and refusing to go back to the old way. If that's you, if something just stirred in your spirit, don't ignore it. That's the Holy Spirit, and He doesn't waste nudges. The link is in the show notes. Take the step. And before we close, I need to say something that I hope lands deep in your spirit. The series is ending, but the well is not. We started this whole thing in episode one with a woman at a well, tired, ashamed, going alone in the heat of the day because she didn't want to face anyone. And Jesus was already sitting there, waiting for her, not with a protocol or a program, with living water. He told her, Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. That's the promise that holds everything together. Not the restored framework, not the nourish, rest, move, not even the community. Those are all gifts, but they're not the source. Jesus is the source. He always has been. He was the source before you found this podcast. He'll be the source long after the series ends. The well never runs dry because he never runs dry. So wherever your next step takes you, solo, in community, into mentorship, the foundation is the same. It's him. It's always been him. The functional medicine matters, the nervous system science matters, the practical tools matter, but none of it works without the healer himself. Wholeness isn't something you chase, it's someone you meet. And he's still here. He's still sitting at the well, and he's still offering living water to any woman brave enough to come. Here are our reflection questions. Question one What is the one thing from this series you are committing to implement? Not five things, but one, the one that matters most right now. Question two. Who will hold you accountable? Name them. If you can't name anyone, that tells you something about which path you need. And question three. Which path is your spirit saying yes to? Community deeper support. Be honest. Not what's easiest, but what's truest. Let's close in prayer. Father, thank you for this journey. Thank you for every woman who has listened, wrestled, cried, and hoped alongside these words. Thank you that transformation isn't dependent on willpower, but on your spirit working in us. Seal what has been planted. Water what has been seeded. Bring forth fruit in your perfect timing. Give each woman clarity about her next step. Give her courage to take it and remind her daily that she is your temple, fearfully and wonderfully made, designed for a purpose and never walking this road alone. For the woman who is going back to relistening and doing the work, honor her faithfulness, meet her in the practice. For the woman who is looking for her people, bring her safe community. Iron that sharpens iron. Women who carry hope for each other. For the woman who knows she needs to go deeper, give her the courage to say yes. Quiet the fear. Silence the lie that says she can't afford it. She doesn't deserve it. She isn't worth it. She is worth every bit of any investment she makes into herself. We trust you with our healing. We trust you with our bodies. We trust you with our futures. In Jesus' precious name. Amen. And here's your one takeaway. Knowledge without action is just noise. Pick your one thing. Pick your path and go. Go and do likewise. Luke 10, verse 37. If this series has meant something to you, if it's changed how you see your body, your health, your God, I have two asks. One, share it. Send it to your sister, your friend, the woman in your small group who's been quietly struggling with her health and doesn't know that there's a different way. Leave a review. Share it on social. Every time you share, another woman finds the well. Two, stay connected. This is not the end. There's so much more coming. More episodes, more depth, more community. The wellness well is a place you can keep returning to. A well that never runs dry. It has been the deepest honor of my life to walk this road with you. And I mean that. Every episode, every prayer, every word, it was for you. And I am so proud of you staying. Remember who you are. You are a daughter of the king. Your body is a temple. Your story is a weapon. Your healing is generational. And the healer himself is sitting at the well, offering you everything you need. Go and do likewise. True wellness begins at the well. Thanks for joining me today.
