So, if you've been wondering what it is actually like inside the Nourished Woman Sanctuary, I am here to tell you, girl. Because I think once you listen to this or watch this video, you're gonna have a really clear understanding immediately whether or not this is for you. So the sanctuary was built for a very specific woman. It's built for women who are self-aware, a woman who has done some work on herself. So maybe that's therapy, maybe that's meditation or journaling, definitely some yoga in there. And the kind of woman that understands herself pretty well up here. Like you can analyze, you can talk about your experiences, you might be able to name some of your emotions. But the reality is that something still hasn't caught up. It hasn't caught up in your body or in your nervous system. You're not seeing it manifest in your life, you're not feeling that difference in you that you're looking to fill. And this is the gap between actually knowing and really embodying. And so this is exactly the space that the nourished woman sanctuary is here to help you close that gap of self-understanding, but not actual like experience of that in your life, that pleasure gap, that play gap, that experience of feeling deeply nourished and whole that you know is possible, but you're just like, I just don't know how to get there. This is here to help you with that. Inside, you're gonna find over 160 different somatic yoga practices. And I am adding to this regularly. And before you start to picture in your mind a traditional yoga class just in a video form, let me tell you what these actually are. So, in reality, they are 15 to 30 minute long videos that are designed around your nervous system and your emotional well-being. This is not just a physical exercise-based approach to yoga. This is a deeply spiritual approach to yoga. And you're gonna find practices for things like anxiety and overwhelm, for processing your emotions that you've been holding, for working on the tightness in your hips and shoulders, for things like your pelvic health, for supporting you as you recover from burnout, for building core strength and deepening your meditation practice. And you're even gonna find practices specifically for when you're on your menstrual cycle, for when you're pregnant and recovering and postpartum. And so something I want you to know is that each one of these practice series are crafted with a high level of therapeutic intention. I know that it's great for you to do a 75-minute yoga class, and I give you some ways to do that inside, but in reality, the real magic happens in the small practices that you do throughout the week. And this is not some like blanket bolt class library where you could get anything under the sun. This is a highly curated series, therapeutic intention, lots of bang for your buck. If you're gonna spend 15 minutes doing something, it is gonna have a massive shift on the way that you feel. Each one of these is here for intention, very specifically to help this kind of woman that I'm talking about. So, in reality, one of the things that women tell me they struggle the most with in terms of a home practice is practicing consistently. I recognize that and I have layers of how I support you in that. So when you join, you'll be given a workbook that you can download and print or you can view on your computer. And it helps you target the right practices, it helps you get into the right headspace and create the routines in your life to practice more often. And it also helps you really learn how to use the nourished woman so that like learning curve at the beginning is much smaller and you can focus more on just enjoying it. And at the beginning of every month, I send you a practice calendar. It's got three practices per week, per week that you're gonna focus on. It eliminates all the decision fatigue for you. Carrie said to practice holy hips, okay, I'm gonna practice holy hips. It also gives you one meditation that you repeat all month long so you can actually really enjoy the meditation. I think sometimes we have too much variety, and the Nourished Woman Sanctuary is here to give you the biggest dose of therapeutic benefit possible and the most enjoyable experience while you're at it. In addition to one meditation each month, you also get one breathwork meditation every month, and you begin to practice these in a way that you can really go deeply into them. They become familiar to your nervous system, and you really get maximal benefits from that. We've eliminated all the guesswork of figuring out what to practice when. We've eliminated wondering where you need to start. This is a clear, simple structure and rhythm that you can count on so you can just get on with actually soaking in the benefits of your practice. And twice a month, the first Tuesday and the third Sunday, I teach live candlelight restorative yoga on Zoom. It's 75 minutes of you in your coziest clothes at home with your own blankets and pillows. You'll dim the lights, move slowly, breathe, and rest with me. We spend a little bit of time at the beginning doing some gentle movement just to settle your nerves and help you drop into the restful practices. And one of the best aspects of this is when you come to these live gatherings, you're getting to meet in real time the other women who are inside the Nourished Woman Sanctuary, knowing that every time you click play on a practice, there's some woman somewhere else in the world doing these practices with you. And if you can't make it to the live practices, the live candlelight restorative yoga, you can always do the recording. What I want you to understand about the sanctuary is that it's not about doing more. It's about having a devoted space that you can return to again and again, a place that understands you and knows you and holds you. It's about having a consistent place to lean in that can support you exactly where you are, whether that's on a Tuesday morning when you have 15 minutes before your kids wake up, or on a Sunday night when you finally have a space to exhale. What I find for women over and over again is that over time things begin to shift when we practice more consistently in a way that actually works for our lives, rather than putting our yoga practice in some box where we have to go somewhere and it has to be this formal long thing. This is where the magic happens, y'all. Your breath begins to smooth out, your mind feels steadier, you start being less reactive to stress, you start trusting yourself more, you're feeling more at home in your body in a way that really ripples out and shows up in every part of your life and your relationships, your work, and how you move through those hard moments.
