Do you ever notice how fast your mind can spiral after a single comment, look, or moment of uncertainty? How one thought turns into ten, and suddenly you’re anxious, overwhelmed, or replaying everything in your head? Do you feel like you go through life on edge before you even realize what’s happening?
I've been there myself and figured out how to stop that painful cycle for good!
In this talk, I share what’s really going on when we get caught in emotional spirals and how we can gently shift out of them. I walk you through a simple four-step process you can use in real time to break this cycle and change the direction of your thoughts without forcing yourself to “think positive” or ignore how you feel.
👉🏼 I also share key phrases I use when my thoughts spiral or anxiety shows up. These phrases have been tested and proven time and again to anchor and ground me by reminding me of the truth.
