Welcome back to the Breaking Our Borders Podcast. In today’s episode I would like to tell you about my past, my traumatic experiences, and the impacts of those on my childhood and adulthood. I will explain what borders those experiences created for me in my mind. From this explanation, I am hoping that you will be able to identify some of the same experiences in your life, recognize similar effects, and learn something new about childhood trauma.
