Sometimes those thoughts can be harmful to our mental health. Welcome back, everyone! In today’s episode I want to explain the emotional development of our brains during childhood. I will also explain what kind of experiences we need to have as children to be emotionally healthy, as well as what happens when we don’t have those positive experiences, and how that will build borders in our minds. Finally I will talk about how this affects us as adults. So, let’s get started breaking our borders together.
