Welcome back to Breaking Our Borders! I’m Dr. Michelle Border, and in today’s episode I will explain what abuse, neglect, and trauma are. I also will explain what experiencing these three conditions do to our mind and body, and talk about the borders that are created in our minds from these experiences.
